Roman Forum Palace***** is located in the Roman Forum area, inside the heart of Rome Historical Centre (Colosseum/Roman Forum). The ancient palace was completely renovated and divided into 4 studio apartments. We rent 1unit or up to all the 4 units too. Roman Forum Palace is located just 200 meters far away from Imperial Forum area and the Colosseum. The area is very exclusive. There is also a metro-stop near the palace. LAST NEWS: · All the apartments, very elegantly furnished, were recently COMPLETELY restored. · All the apartments have an independent heating/air-conditioning system that can be set at your favourite temperature. · Roman Forum Palace apartments are now equipped with new Plasma Television and Satellite. · FREE Internet (high speed) available. · All the apartment Roman Forum Palace apartments are now equipped with large size double beds (orthopaedic mattress) and single bed added or queen size sofa bed for the extra people.

The apartment studio 'Attico Penthouse with Terrace' is a open space, very elegant furnished. Tasteful furnishings and fixtures complete the apartment's interior: refined pictures, wood ceilings, “parquet”(wood floor) flooring, fireplace. It is divided in a living area with fireplace, kitchen corner, bedroom area, bathroom with box-shower (idromassage provided). Panoramic view and typical location in characteristic street of Rione Monti. The apartments was recently completely restored (A\C, PLASMA TV, Satellite, INTERNET adsl, autonomy heating, private terrace, parquet flooring, fireplace). Rate is quoted for 2 people: - Weekly Euro 700,00 / 850,00 - Daily (if less than 7 nights) Euro 110,00 /150,00 - Monthly: upon request Note: 3rd person (sleeping on queen size sofa bed in living area) will stay with only 20,00 Euro daily or 50,00 Euro weekly more !

The Monti district was originally one of the most ancient suburbs of Rome. It is in the heart of the historical centre just a stones throw away from the The Colosseum and the Imperial Roman Forum (Foro Romano) and about 10-15 minutes by walk to the Pantheon and Piazza di Spagna. Colosseum: originally known as the Flavian Amphitheatre, after the family name of Vespasian, it was inaugurated by his son Titus in 80 AD. The massive structure could seat more than 50,000 and the bloody gladiator combat and wild beast shows held there. Nowadays the Colosseo is the international symbol for Rome and still is one of the most amazing constructions of the ancient Rome and a must see for everybody who visits our magnificent city.

Additional information about rental rates

  • RESERVATION TERMS: the reservation can be done by paying in advance (30% of the total amount) with a money transfer (bank wire or Western Union money transfer) or with PayPal (here you can also use your credit card to wire the money). If you want to reserve, we will send you the Reservation Form with all details for the 30% down payment. If less expensive for you (cause we will apply the official change rate, without any surcharge), you can also choose to pay on USD currency. In this case, we will send you the details for a Bank account in USD currency.
    A security deposit of 300,00 Euro in local/foreign currency (or personal cheque) is strictly required on arrival day.
    This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
    The rate includes linens, towels and final cleaning .
    The rate includes the utilities consumption (up to 2 euro daily each apartment - Normal usage). Only over this amount, the usage will be paid by checking the electricity meter.
  • CHECK-IN: you can check into your property between 13:00 (1 pm) and 20:00 (8 pm). This allows for the cleaning staff to make the apartment ready for you after check out by previous guests. We can try to accommodate earlier check in when possible, however we cannot guarantee check in earlier the standard time 13:00 (1 pm). For early morning arrivals, clients should book the night before to guarantee access to their apartment before 13:00 (1 pm). By the way, if the apartment unit will be not busy on day in, we will allow access to apartment before 13:00 (1 p.m.) without any charge. Out of business hours arrivals: we try to guarantee check in at any time. If will be possible to allow out of business hours arrivals, please be aware that, for this additional service, there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00. So, this amount will be charged if your arrival will be, any day, between 20:00 (8.00 pm) and 24:00 (00.00 am). Any check in after midnight will carry a late check in fee of Euro 50,00
  • CHECK-OUT: NO LATER than 10.30 am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. We can try to accommodate later check out when possible, however please be prepared to check out at 10.30 am. The security deposit (Euro 300,00) will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
    OUT OF BUSINESS HOURS DEPARTURES: if you will need to check out earlier than 8.00 am, the security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure (by Paypal, secure maill or bank wire). Otherwise, as special service, we can arrange a meeting earlier than 8.00 am, but please be aware that, for this additional service, there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00.



    We can also provide the following services:

    • Transfer from or to the apartments with private driver (Euro 50,00 for 2 or 3 people / Euro 60,00 for 4 or 5 people / Euro 110,00 for 6 to 8 people)
    • Crib for child (if available) will be totally for FREE.

We rented all 4 studio apartments for the nine of us traveling to Rome. The location was beyond our expectations. Perfect! Right near the metro station with Restaurants all around. A short walk to the Coloseum, The forum, Capitoline hill, we were right near everything....The size of each was very comfortable even for 3 or 4 people. Beds were comfortable and everything listed in their website was accurate. We highly recommend to anyone going to Rome and wants to be in a real neighborhood with the real flavor of Rome. I would rent again, check-in was easy and check-out simple. A fair price for an excellent location. Thank-you again for a great stay in Rome
