We are very excited to offer our newly renovated Sports Village III condominium to the vacation rental market! Our home is spectacular and will greatly enhance your vacation! We have recently painted the entire home, installed brand new carpet, and purchased brand new mattresses, and full bedroom sets. It is by far the best deal in Sports Village II.
Our condominum is very easy to find. It is simply one turn off of the main highway onto Buck Springs Road, and then one more turn into the complex approximately 1.5 miles down Buck Springs. The roads to the complex (and within the complex) are paved and plowed in the winter! You will not have to worry about 'dirt roads' at our condo!!
Accommodations: Our condo is situated away from the main road towards the quiet rear of the complex. We have ample parking located within steps from the front door. We are conveniently located on the ground-level!
It is the perfect place to enjoy all of the mountains' activities such as snow skiing, golfing, hiking, fishing, boating, and horseback riding. Finally, it is only minutes to the Hon-dah casino which hosts a great restaurant, live entertainment, and of course... a casino.
There is approximately 1500 square feet of living space with 3 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Our home accommodates 6-8 guests comfortably. The living area is decorated in a woodsy theme with a rustic rock fireplace as the main focal point. The fireplace contains a pellet stove which gives off amazing warmth, the look of 'real' fire, but without the mess and hassle of wood. The kitchen is fully stocked with all supplies needed for a great home-cooked meal!
Your comfort is our top priority. We have purchased brand-new mattresses, linens and bedroom furniture in all three bedrooms! There is a king sized pillow-top bed in the master, a queen sized medium-firm bed in the guest room, and two high-end twin bunk- beds in the third room. There is also a pull-out sofa sleeper in the master bedroom for a little extra sleep space.
