Located minutes away from the Convention Center, Petco Field and all the fun and excitement San Diego has to offer. Nicely renovated, amazingly clean condo in a perfect location makes this an excellent choice for your home base. This fully furnished unit includes a balcony, WIFI, Washer/ Dryer, DVD player and secured parking. Just outside the complex you will find the convention center, excellent restaurants, shopping at Horton Plaza, Petco Field, close to the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Little Italy, Old Town and the finest San Diego beaches. This condo is the perfect choice to explore all that San Diego has to offer.

CONVENTION CENTER: You are VERY VERY close to the convention center. If you are planning a conference, wedding, meetings, anything related to the convention center this is the place to call home. Heck, if the meetings are slow and boring you can be back taking a nap within minutes or at least you can be catching up with your favorite soaps. Can't miss those right?

PETCO FIELD: Come enjoy a baseball game. Yea, San Diego had a rough season last year, but it's all about the peanuts and cracker jacks right? And guess what, a bad team means cheap tickets, cheap tickets mean more peanuts and cracker jacks, see how that works?

SEA WORLD & THE ZOO: Who doesn't like Sea World? Besides PETA I have no idea. And, I can tell you Shamu is a performer, loves the kids, and has a good gig if you ask me. Free fish buffet daily just for jumping out of the water and splashing all the suckers in the front row.

And the biggest reason to go to the Zoo is the Monkey's. Skip everything else, bring a sacked lunch and just sit and watch them be hilarious. Your kids will love it and so will you.

Me and three other friends stayed here for 10 day and let me tell you is was great. The location could not of been better, walking distance form the ballpark to tons of resturants and the grecory store was nice. they even had the discount card for the grecory store. master bedroom was realy big with it own bathroom. the kitchen had everything that you could of wanted or need on vacation. the best thing about this place was the balcony right of 5th ave (the main street) after a long day of sightseeing nothing beat haveing a beer looking over the balcony just people watching. plus brandon was so nice to deal with this was my frist time renting a condo like this and i hope the next time it is just as easy and smooth. thanks

PERFECT FOR A BUSINESS OR VACATION STAY

Myself and 5 colleagues stayed at this beautiful property while attending a business conference. Close proximity to the convention center was a must for us and this property is only a 3 minute walk. The property was very clean and secure and we felt right at home. Offstreet parking for 2 vehicles was plus. I worked with Brandon when making our reservation. He was very attentive to our needs and flexible when our arrival time was delayed. I would highly recommend this property and will without a doubt stay here again when business next brings me to town.
