This 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is kept in great condition. The spacious bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor, along with the washer/dryer. Upstairs is the living area, with huge windows flooding the room with lots of natural light. Beautiful hardwood floors and a vaulted ceiling add elegance to this gorgeous space. For entertainment, you have cable t.v., Blu-Ray DVD player, and internet access with wi-fi. It is a short 2-block walk to the beach, with beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and surfboard provided. Two blocks in the other direction leads you to 'The Village' on Orange Avenue, where you will find shops, restaurants, and theaters. Bike and boat rentals are nearby, as well as harbor tours, spas, and golf!
