Enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the multiple decks- up and down stairs, amid views of the Sierras- taking in the quiet and fresh air at 6440 feet. Enjoy a luxury bath in the Jacuzzi tub, read or take a nap in the back yard, watching the dozens of birds and peaceful mountain views. 5 minutes away- a park, toddler playground, tennis courts and 9 acre lake. 3 major ski areas- 20 min to Heavenly, 10 min to Sierra Ski Ranch, 35 min to Kirkwood. Newly refurnished, all reclineable chairs in LR. 2 car garage. 2 car parking in driveway. summer off road parking. fishing for children 5 minutes away, young children playground 5 min away. Front room is game room with puzzles and games for kids and family. Comfortable folding chairs for the Living Room are located in the laundry room closet for a seating of 8 in the living room. Filtered water into the house- gives you the best water in South Lake Tahoe! Firepit is in garage during the winter. Please only use on the flagstone 40 feet from house in back. Children's pool in the garage- we use the sun to heat it during the summer. snow dishes in the garage for immediate family fun.
