160m apartment, furnished. Equipped kitchen, side by side refrigerator, cooktop, hood, two ovens, microwave laundry area with washing machine and dryer, no maid's room. Three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, including the room.

Master suite with closed. Three parking spaces.

First floor is equivalent to the third.

Three elevators and one service.

Mezzanine lounge with party room with computer and printer to use the shareholder, the meeting room.

On the roof of the building is the swimming pool, sauna, well equipped gym, laundry service, massage, gourmet and a beautiful view over the city.

Maid service.
Nearest Airport : Luiz Eduardo Magalhaes at 31 Kilometres
Nearest Beach : Porto da Barra at 400 Metres
Nearest Restaurant : Restaurante do Yatch Clube at 100 Metres

The building is located in the Barra Hill, opposite the Yacht Club of Bahia. Near the Porto da Barra, one of the best beaches of Salvador, near the Farol da Barra, Vitoria, av home to three of the best museums in Salvador, near the Rodin Museum, The Grace in between the two main circuits of the carnival, without being in the circuit.

Residential area, opposite the island of Itaparica and the Bay of All Saints. Bus stop in front of the building.
