The property is a fully renovated old stone house on two floors, with wonderful views to the sea from the terraces, balcony and garden. There is a large wooden roofed living room with traditional country furniture and a well-equipped kitchen, plus a small sitting room with a large terrace. There is one double bedroom and one bedroom with twin beds. Outside there are terraces with vines, olive trees and a garden.. The house is furnished as a home, including books and board games. The linen and towels are provided, including beach towels.

Nearest Beach: beach at 9.0 Kilometres

The villa is in a rural location but only 9 km from excellent beaches and also ideal for mountain walkers. Within easy reach are the Byzantine City of Mistras, the Venetian castles at Koroni and Methoni, and the wild area of the Taygetos mountains and the Mani. Shopping in nearby Kalamata ranges from the traditional market to sophisticated clothes shops.

Notes: The house and terraces are on several levels with steps and a steep drop to the road. The drive to the house is up a good but mountainous road. The second bedroom is on the lower floor with its own bathroom. The lower floor is independent from the main floor, with its own outside door, so you may feel it is not suitable for young children. The heating is by 2 electric fan heaters, so winter months are only for the hardy.
