4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Pool, Hot Tub, New Furniture, Central A/C,Just Painted

Great location, walk to town or worship. Inground pool with heater and hot tub on 1/2 acre. Just painted all interior Nov 2012. Exterior and deck painted May 2013. Very private, in very nice development called Bridle Path. All new living room and dining room furniture. Bedrooms have new beds, frames, mattress etc. Walk to restaurants, shopping, etc. Ranch style house no interior staircases, all 1 level, very wide and open. Laundry room on1st floor, not in basement. Great open layout. Very large master suite with walk in closet and large bathroom. 3 additional bedrooms and another bath with a large living and dining room complete the home. Large deck with pool and hot tub all fenced in and private. Very quiet neighborhood in a beautiful subdivision. Childproof protective pool fence available.

We built new, just loved the location, walk to town and restaurants very close. We use the home whenever we can but like to share it with others when we are not. I am very accessible and do not live far from the home.

Pool and hot tub, central A/C and all new bedding, furniture throughout. Painted completely inside October 2012. Plenty of lawn on all sides to play. Very quiet private development.

Beautiful home in a very nice development called Bridle Path. Walk to Caseys, Joes American Grille and Baby Moon, etc. Walk to worship or the town of Westhampton Beach on Main Street. Very quiet neighborhood, loads of room on property. Over 200' wide property, over 1/2 acre,very private parking in driveway. Privacy in pool area, all fenced in.Interior painted 10/11. Public golf courses are nearby, walk to many fine restaurants and bars.

Childproof protective pool fence around edge of pool is available.

  • Refundable Security deposit $500. All prices include taxes. Prices subject to change. 50% deposit required to hold dates, final balance due 1 month prior to rental. Cleaning fee of $200. Utilities and maintenance included for weekly rentals except pool heater, pool heater deposit required if used, only charged for oil used. Monthly rentals, utilities and home maintenance are not included. Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10am, to allow for cleanings. All linens and towels cleaned for every rental. Hot tub and pool closed from October 1st to Memorial day.

  • New granite tops on the vanities, very large mirrors, all white tile and very clean. All linens, towels and sheets included.

  • Master suite is huge with a cathedral ceiling, walk in closet is large, master bath with jacuzzsi tub, shower and cathedral ceiling. We used to put the baby crib in the large walk in closet with ac/heat and door so she was close and separate from us within the master suite. It also has heat and A/C in that closet. The front bedroom, 2nd master, is extra large as well, then there are 2 smaller bedrooms. All bedrooms have closets and a dresser. All Bedrooms carpeted, all main areas beautiful oak wood floors. Completely painted inside Nov 2012, floors re-done, all granite countertops installed, very nice. All new Dining set, and living room set complete April 2012. All new mattresses, frames and comforters, sheets,etc. for 3 bedrooms as of April 2012. Outside and deck being painted now, should be complete by Memorial day.

I went with 7 other friends for a weekend and we had a great stay. The house was amazing, pool, hot tub, etc. Also convenient location. The owner is very helpful and answered quickly all our questions.

Best part of the weekend - Rental House!

This rental house was the perfect way to kick off the Summer. The rooms were very spacious and the eat in kitchen was great. We had no time to head to the beach as we had to much fun sitting by the pool and hot tub.

The Owner answered the question I had via text in a timely manner and all other questions that we had were clearly stated either on the listing description or on the note on the refrigerator. The property/house was impeccable!

The house was in walking distance to a convenience store, local bar and a few eateries. We had such a great time that we have already started planning our next trip back to West Hampton Beach.

Our Memorial Day weekend stay in Westhampton Beach was excellent!

The house was completely as described on the listing, and even better than the pictures! The open layout inside the house and pool area is great for getting together with friends and/or family. The house had everything you would need for a Hampton stay, and the location is great (easy to get to) - near beaches, restaurants, and supermarket. Very clean and well maintained with great high ceilings, comfortable furniture and private backyard with a big pool.

Owner is very nice, easy to work with and to communicate with.

Highly recommend.

Great home close to everything

The home is very neat and clean, it has everything you might need in a vacation rental. No surprises with the home. Everything on home listing was accurate. Had a great time. Owner very nice and easy to work with.
