Full bathrooms with showers and hygienic electric shower. Two bedrooms with two beds each box type bachelor. Suite with queen size bed box, air conditioning and an INCR-E-VEL balcony to the beach and pool. All rooms, kitchens and bathrooms have designed furniture. Condo offers elevator, electric fence and alarm. There ballroom, parking for 1 car and a beautiful pool area with direct access to the beach. Property, furniture, appliances new!
