Ground level unit allows you to pull your car up to your private entrance and unload directly into the unit. Newly renovated, 2 level unit. Bedroom situated on ground level has one queen bed, a bunk bed and a TV with DVD. Second level has a queen size murphy bed (folds down from the wall with real mattress), leather sectional, flat screen TV with DVD, private balcony, kitchen with dishwasher, stove, full size referigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and fully stocked cabinets, full renovated bath. Step out of the common basement locker room and you can ski down to the bunny hill with immediate chair lift access. Ski back for lunch or at the end of the day. On the night skiing trail access. The building has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and common room with fireplace.

All fees included in rental price. No extra charge for linens, housekeeping or taxes. NO SMOKING

Fall Line Ski-in/out location: Walk out the door and you are able to ski down the Sundance Bunny trail to access either the South Rigde chair lift or the North Peak Chondola. Perfect for families, or groups with different skiing abilities. For the early bird skier, you can walk out the door and start skiing, while others in the group may want a more leisurely start can sleep in or cook up a big breakfast. No need to get in your car. Very easy to ski back in for a break, or take a nap after lunch and go back out for fresh tracks for night skiing. Night skiing will groom the trails at 4:00, so you can ski back out and get fresh tracks again! Not all condo buildings have night skiing access, but Fall Line does!

The Perfect Turn lessons, day care, rentals and South Ridge Lodge with lift tickets are located at the bottom of the Sundace Trail. If you need to purchase tickets, ski down and use the outdoor walk way to outdoor window to purchase your lift ticket, then start your day without ever getting in the car!

Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and 4 burner electric stove top with oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Comes with new pots & pan non-stick set, utensils, dishes, glasses, silverware for a crowd. The following items are provided for your use, dishwashing detergent, new sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, dish towels, saran wrap.

Located at Sunday River with ski-in/ski-out access. Nordic skiing, snow tubing also located in immediate area. Bethel has other amenities to include movie cinema, in-door laser tag and rock climbing wall. Plenty of restaurants in the immediate area and mountain grocery store.

Ski: Sunday River ski resort has eight mountain peaks, with a total of 133 trails. Summit elevation is 3,140 feet. The total vertical is 2,340 feet, with the peaks vertical descents as follows: White Cap 1,630 ft, Locke Mountain 1,460 ft., Barker Mountain 1,400 ft, Spruce Peak 1,500 ft, North Peak 1,000 ft, Aurora Peak 1,100 ft, Oz 1,100 ft, and Jordan Bowl 1,490 ft. Total Lifts = 16, including 4 high-speed quads and 1 high speed Chondola. Night skiing available on Friday and Saturday evenings and additional days during holiday and vacation weeks. Freestyle Terrain includes 1 Superpipe, 1 mini-pipe and 5 terrain parks. Exceptional snow making abilities, do not underestimate their man made snow. When conditions are right , they are capable of producing 2 feet of powder in one night!!! Trail map and additional details available on Sunday River website.
