Completely renovated Spa Villa with your own private patio with spa overlooking the aqua water. There are two bedrooms located upstairs, both with private baths. The kitchen, dining area and living room are all located on the first floor which now has a half bath. New furnishings are apparent in this elegant, fully updated Villa. We have new flat screen HDTVs: 52” in living room and 32” in both bedrooms with 100 channels.
The Villa will have everything you need to relax and take in the relaxed atmosphere the Keys has to offer. Go fishing, kayaking, diving, parasailing, jet-skiing or just hang out at the pool or the beach. Swim with the dolphins or visit the Turtle Hospital in Marathon.

Hawks Cay: Hawks Cay offers something for everyone. There are restaurants located on site including Tom’s Harbor House and Alma which has a daily happy hour with food and drink specials. They will also cook your catch to order; just ask your server. You can schedule a swim with the Dolphins at the Dolphin Connection or make an appointment at Calm Waters Spa, which is located on the premises. It was voted the best hotel spa in the U.S. by the readers of Travel + Leisure Magazine in 2009. Dive Duck Key is located in the Marina and offers a full service scuba diving shop offering everything under the sun including their Dive Boat, Seafari. Fishing is a must when in the Keys. Whether you are looking to go bottom, backcountry or deep-sea, Hawks Cay has you covered. Please contact us so we can make recommendations for a charter captain. We have been fishing and diving these waters since we were kids and know many of the local captains.
Living Room and Dining Room: The Living Room and Dining Room areas have a West Indies motif. The Living Room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, seating for 6 and a 52 inch HDTV, with surround sound a DVD player and an iPod docking station.
The Dining Room consists of seating for four at a newly purchased dining set along with two bar stools which are located in the kitchen area with granite countertops with LED overhead lighting.
As part of the renovation, we also installed all new porcelain tile throughout the first level, a half bath downstairs, new crown, window and base moldings throughout, new draperies and furniture. We also offer free WiFi and over 100 HD channels for your enjoyment.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Both bedrooms are located upstairs and have their own private bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King Bed with a new pillow top mattress. Both bedrooms also have their own wall mounted 32” Samsung LED HDTV installed new in 2011. The Guest Room has two Twin Beds, both with pillow top mattresses. We installed new carpeting, painted and replaced all base moldings in the bedrooms.
Both bathrooms were completely remodeled with new tile floors, new tile shower surrounds and all new bath fixtures including: toilets , vanities, vanity tops, faucets, shower fixtures and counter tops.
All food, activities and services must be paid for at the time of purchase and cannot be charged back to the room. We DO NOT participate in the Hawks Cay guest program. The resort reserves the right to restrict the use of some facilities, however, the restaurants, spa and marina are all open to the public.
