Located at Stateline with all amenities close by. Walk to Shopping Center, Movie theatre, Vast assortment of restaurants, pubs, and boutiques. In wintertime ice skating rink at Heavenly Village. Feel like bike riding, walk to bike rental and get bikes for day. Feel like water activities? walk to Private Marina for jet ski rentals, parasailing, paddle boates, kayaks..or unwind at the Lakeside Marina Restaurant Bar with live music on weekends.
My friend and I stayed here for a weekend ski trip. The unit was very clean and well kept. Walking distance to town, close to nightlife. The beds were very nice, as well as the beds in the unit. We did not use the kitchen, but appeared well stocked.
Owner provided very clear information on the unit, and provided all contact info to get a hold of him in the case of an issue.
I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed for 3 nights in the rental for our anniversary and were very happy. The condo was very nice and clean and had everything you need. The bedrooms were very nice and had amble space and extra bedding. The beach passes were awesome and we loved that the beach was semi-private and clean. The shower was very nice and the bathroom was very modern. It was a very short walk to Heavenly village, the grocery store, the beach, and the casinos. I would definitely stay here again.
Only negative=Ran out of TP and had to buy more. Would be nice if there were extra rolls in the bathroom.
The home was wonderful. We found everything as listed out. The beach passes were great. Super location 10 mins walk to the village, 5 mins to the beach and the beach activities. Will definitely stay again. My suggestions to the home owner: we did not find any dish washing tablets/washer dryer tablets. Though not expensive, since we use only 2/3 of these, it would be nice if you keep a stock.
My husband, myself and my brother all stayed here for labor day weekend. The condo has a fantastic location which was very easy to walk to the casinos from. The house had all the necessities needed and was very comfortable. Sitting out on the back patio was always fun early in the morning and at night.
My husband and I give this place a thumbs up and recommend it for anyone looking for a affordable and comfortable stay in Lake Tahoe.
