Inside the home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and is decorated to reflect the feel of the island with tasteful nautical accents throughout.
The first floor is a semi private apartment, perfect for older children or if vacation with friends. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on this level; as well as a kitchenette and pool table for entertaining. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and TV with DVD; the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV with DVD. The billiards room and the second bedroom have deck access.
The second floor is where the other 3 bedrooms are located, all with deck access. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bath, and TV with DVD. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and TV with DVD. The final bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV with DVD. Internet Access.
The top level has an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and has tile countertops. The living room overlooks a screened deck and has TV with DVD. Opposite of the screened deck is another deck allows access to the rooftop deck which provides sweeping views of the bay and Gulf.
