Activities in the area include aqua parks, jet skis, banana boating, wind surfing, sailing, go-carting, cycling, hiking, tennis, horse riding, bungee jumping and beach buggies which are available for hire very cheaply and are a novel way of exploring the resort. Sea taxi is an exciting way to visit the quaint old town of Nessabar, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which dates back some 2500 years. The town features the remains of some 40 churches & Thracian ruins & has a unique tranquil atmosphere. Just back from a fantastic 2 week family holiday (3 adults, 3 kids) at Villa Reamoinn. The villa can only be described as perfect for what we wanted. We have young kids who were always safe to play at the pool and round the complex which is secure with fencing and a locked gate. Sunny Beach was jumping at that time, which we enjoyed, but is also good to relax at the quiet complex during the day and some evenings. (We spoke to a family who stayed down in Sunny Beach and wished they booked at the complex instead!)
Shuttle bus is great, takes you to the supermarket, then picks you up an hour later. We used the local bus to go into Sunny Beach in the evening which was only 1 leva each (under 5s free). There is a handy shop at the bottom of the next complex which sells all your essentials, including ice cream for the kids, and alcohol for the adults (very cheap).
We met other families who were staying in the other villas, which gave the kids some extra pals to play with and some other company for us. The complex is lit up at night, with well kept gardens which made a perfect setting for a bbq and some wine in the evening.
Would go back again, hopefully with more friends/family from home. 10/10

April/May 2 week break at villa Reamoinn- 4 adults

A superb villa set in an excellent complex. Information provided is accurate. The complex is well cared for with lovely gardens. 40/45 minutes drive from Burgas airport The villa is a short car/taxi ride from Sunny Beach. We hired a car from a company recommended by John. We picked the car up from the airport on our arrival and returned it to coincide with our return flight.
Our visit was out of season as far as the tourist season was concerned, but we had good weather and enjoyed our first visit to Bulgaria - trips out to Varna, Burgas and Sozopol were enjoyable.
During tourist season the villa is convenient for the night life of Sunny Beach or if a more sedate means of enjoyment is preferred Old Nessebar is to be recommended. The cost of living is extremely cheap. Perla Supermarket 5 minutes down the road in SB, staff happy, pleasant and helpful.
Eating out also about half what we pay at home.
I would recommend the villa to friends and family as it provided a safe haven to enjoy on returning from our trips out. A sunny corner on the balcony outside the lounge doors for a quiet drink and nibbles while the dinner was cooking.

My husband and I along with our 28yr old son & his girlfriend stayed here Sept 2008. The villa was big enough for all of us with room to spare. It is a bus ride outside of Sunny Beach - we did walk in a couple of times but only walked back once!! Oh, & take a tourch if you are out during the evening. Sunny beach was nice for when we went out together and great for the kids when they went out alone - good for all of us really. Nice quiet pool, quiet area, sit outside during the summer evenings and watch the sun go down. We went in September and did have some rain but we used the bus and went out on those days, so a pain, but we could get out even then. The price that we paid for the villa was excellent - it had everything! John organised our lift from and too the airport so no worries there - nothing was to much for him - send him an email, he will get back to you! Overall, we had a great no worries holiday - couldn't ask for more. Give it a go I don't think that you will be disapointed, we had a great time !

We are not long back from Villa Reamoinnn & we had a fantastic holiday. The villa was very well laid out & was like a home from home with little touches that made it special. It well exceeded our expectations. The shuttle bus was great & we used it to go to the Aqua Park, (which the kids adored) into Old Nessebar & the beach - but it was just great coming back to the villa & relaxing with a glass of wine on the balcony.
A fantasic place for kids & adults, we miss staying at the villa & hopt to return again soon

Just a quick note to mention how delighted we were with our stay at Villa Reamoinn. Your description of your villa is exactly as stated & very welcoming. The pool is a perfect size for the complex & our kids loved the kiddies pool. The shuttle bus is a great facility & we used it a lot. It was nice to be able to get to all the diffreent places in Sunny Beach & then leave all the hussle of them behind & relax back at the villa. We found the villa very clean & child friendly & the dvd's/toys that are there were a great help. We would definitely reccomend this property & look forward to visiting Bulgaria again. Mary
