Our beautiful vacation home is located in central Cape Coral and close to shops and restaurants. It's great to look the fresh water canal from the patio and look or feed the turtles and fishes in the water. In our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home sleeps comfortably 8 people.

The large house (over 2500 sq ft) is completely renovated and refurbished in September 2011, its luxery decorated with recliner sofa, 51”tv, new kitchen and bathroom with jacussy. Outside is patio with lanai, heated pool, dinner table for 8, 4 sunbeds and a barbeque.

Short drive to the finest beaches in FL: Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Myers Beach. Heading to Pine Island 10min away from our home you find the historic fishermen's village Matlache, art and dining on the water.

For the ones that like to go by boat to the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel, Captiva to see Dolphins, Manatees or go fishing than there is a boat available for rent at our property manager.

Welcome to our comfortable luxury waterfront vacation home, located in a residential neighborhood in beautiful Southwest Cape Coral! You’ll find this fabulous paradise is convenient to beaches, boating, shopping, restaurants, and close to Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. We are located 35 minutes from the Southwest Florida airport (RSW) and across the river from Fort Myers. Cape Coral is close to magnificent Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Fort Myers Beach, and the artist colony at Matlacha. Nearby tourist attractions include the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins Spring training facilities in Fort Myers, and the Sun Splash water park in Cape Coral. Florida’s famous Disneyworld and Sea World can be reached within 3 hours via Interstates 75 and 4. Close-by shopping conveniences feature a Publix grocery store featuring foods for every taste, Wal-Mart Supercenter and many restaurants.
