Set in an attractive well-maintained estate this ground floor apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with a Radio/CD/Cassette player, TV with up to 30 channels including a good selection of UK TV, sports, Movies and news, with a DVD player, USB and Photo card ports, and a dining room. It has it's own south-facing veranda.

Tenants have access to a good-sized private pool less than 100 yards away, which is regularly cleaned, has showers and a children's pool. Please bring your own towels for the pool.

There is English speaking community centre nearby with pubs and some shops. Within easy walking distance is a small Spanish supermarket. A bit further away and still under development is a large plaza area with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

There are 3 international Golf courses in the area as well as horse riding and go-karting.

Recently opened in the area is a huge, modern shopping and entertainment complex, with a good variety of shops, including English brands, cafes, cinema, casino. Go to www.zeniaboulevard.es for more.

The Costa Blanca enjoys about 300 days of sunshine per year giving visitors the chance not only to enjoy the white sandy beaches but other outdoor pursuits as well; Golf, water sports, tennis, Horse riding.

With its pure air, dry climate and the wholesome effects of the salt lakes the region has been recently declared one of the healthiest in the whole of Europe.

Torrevieja is built around a traditional fishing village with a typical Spanish atmosphere. It has fountains, squares, churches and numerous restaurants. It has the largest yacht harbour on the coast and the Friday market is one of the biggest in the area.

Perfect for families

This was our4th year staying at Richard's villa and we love it! The pool is fantastic the children love it and we have all made many friends over the years. The villa is clean and comfortable and lovely to sit out on the veranda at night. Nearby are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the new shopping centre is only 10 minutes drive away and boasts some fabulous shops and restaurants. Beaches are great and we cant wait to get back there next year !

Great Holiday at Villamartin apartment

Would recommend to anyone.. Convenient supermarket, restaurants and pubs walking distance. Good clean swimming pool with easy access. Comfortable apartment, with well equipped kitchen. Good working shower, and ceiling fans to cool down when necessary. Good spanish Restaurant at San Miguel with 3 course meal at 9 Euros Meson El Prado. Holiday went very smoothly no problems.Booked already for next year.

We had a great holiday and really loved the apartment. It was ideal for our needs and was very clean and tidy. Pool 50 yards away, with supermarkets and restaurants close by. We would definately book again and will recommend to our friends.

GREAT LOCATION AND A MUST STAY!!!

What a lovely apartment in a great location!!
On arrival we found the apartment to be immaculate and hopefully when we departed it was left in the same condition. Everything you could wish for is close at hand from supermarkets, shops, bars & restaurants. There are some nice beaches only a few minutes away and numerous high quality golf courses again close by.
Verdemar 3 is just perfect for families with young children and also suitable for retired couples. There are two well kept swimming pools which I tried out in early December, although rather cool was quite invigorating and an opportunity highly recommended.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you may or may not require with a lovely terrace with plenty of seating, perfect for relaxing in the sun, reading a book or just watching the day go by.
It was very peaceful, yet only a couple of minutes away from everything you could possibly wish for.
As for the owner, Rick....he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he was so organised and kept exactly to his word in everything he said. I would without question highly recommend this apartment in this wonderful location which we were fortunate enough to have the use of for our trip to Spain for golfing purposes.
We will return again in 2012 and wish to say a big thank you to Richard for allowing us to share his home! "THIS APARTMENT IS A MUST STAY OR YOU HAVE MISSED OUT!!"

winter in the sun

Not the first time we've been and never disappointed with Villamartin.
Everything that you could want is within easy reach, good supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a wonderful choice of beaches.

I would recommend Cartagena for a good day visit with marvellous shopping, tapas and the museum and Roman ampitheatre, all in a city noted for its port containing a naval submarine base.

The apartment has everything you need, including the sofa on the terrace where it is easy to while away a whole day with a good book.
