Originally built in 1845, this beautiful old Mas has recently been renovated and extended into a beautiful, spacious home. The Mas is in a quiet residential area and only a few minutes away from the picturesque village of Bar Sur Loup, ideally placed between the mountains and the Mediterranean sea. It is very well situated to explore the Cote d'Azur,only 25 km from the Nice International Airport. Also famous medieval villages like St Paul de Vence, Gourdon, Tourrettes Sur Loup and Grasse are close by. The pool, fitted with a pool alarm, measures 11x7metres, has sun beds, loungers and parasols. The BBQ area around the pool has a large dining table and chairs, ideal for summer entertaining. With spectacular views and idyllic surroundings, Le Mas du Loup is enclosed with electronic gates and fitted with a burglar alarm.It has 4000 square metres of secluded land which is terraced and set with olive trees. French doors open onto a beautiful grassed terrace.

Le Mas du Loup is nestled in the foothills of the Loup Valley, with spectacular views all around.The village of Bar Sur Loup(about 1km away) has a small range of shops, including a local butcher, baker, pharmacy, newsagent, as well as several excellent restaurants serving everything from pizza to Haute Cuisine. A larger shopping area can be found at Chateauneuf(2km). Perfume factories can be found in Grasse,(5km) glass blowing in Biot(10km) famous sweet confectionery in Pont du Loup(3km) Markets in Valbonne(10km) Cannes and Antibes and the beaches are about (25km).
