Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4)

A recently renovated 2 bedroom condo, which has also been professionally decorated, includes features such as; newly added wireless access, central heat and air, a fully applianced kitchen with a washer and dryer and a full bath. Our condo is located within a gated community. On-site convienences are; a putting green with viewing gazebo, a fitness center, a generous sized swimming pool located next to the lighted tennis courts and a sand volleyball court. Also included on-site are; a playground, a grilling area, bike storage and a business center with wireless internet access and computers all to enhance your stay.

Local amenities include a 7/8 mile walk to the beach and close proximity to area golf courses. Enjoy shopping at Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlet stores, Colonial and Coastal Grand Malls. Area amusements include Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, Alabama Theatre, Palace Theatre, House of Blues, Alligator Adventure and Ripley's Aquarium.

Located right in the heart of Restaurant Row.

This condo is ideal for the vacationing golfer, business person, couple or small family. Come and enjoy the beach and area amenities in a relaxing environment. A 2 night minnimum stay is required.

This condo was absolutely breathtaking! This was my first time renting anywhere to stay and a lasting impression was made. I slept in the master bedroom and it was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. The condo was beautifully decorated and looked so luxurious. I would definitely recommend it to others and I most definitely will be renting again!

The unit is conveniently located for shopping, restaurants, etc. Very well maintained gated community. The unit is decorated well and we had everything we needed. We were very happy that we could have our dog with us!! The unit is located on the third floor, which we did not realize until we arrived. That was not a problem for us but could be for someone with physical disabilities. We would definitely recommend the unit and would stay again.

Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, etc... Very nicely maintained, gated community. Condo is decorated very well and we had all we needed for our stay. We appreciate the fact that we could have our dog with us!!! Owner was very helpful and available when needed. The ONLY thing we were surprised about was the fact that it is located on the third floor....we didn't have trouble with this but it could be difficult for people with special needs.
Overall, a great stay and we would recommend it!!
