Sleeps 12. 6 bedroom villa. Sueno villa is situated on Punta Montgo and has 180 degree panoramic views over the Bay of Roses and the Pyrenees.

The villa is full of character, built on Punta Montgo, it has the most amazing views over the bay of Roses. The villa is 5 mins drive from La Escala old town with its labyrinth of narrow streets, with interesting shops, restaurants and bars. The ruins of Empuries are in La Escala and the beautiful 15th century village of Sant Marti is well worth a visit, with its superb restaurants set in its tiny village square, is just a short walk along the beach side path, or a 5mins drive away.

Note:

The owners of this property have a self contained apartment on the top level of the house, with a completely separate access path and entrance, they use the apartment intermittently during the year but do not use any part of the main house pool or gardens.

Booking Notes:

A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and final payment 1 month before arrival

Damages deposit of 400 euros on arrival, this is refuned if the villa is left in a tidy condition on vacation and no serious breakages.
