Luxury Orlando Vacation Villa, Minutes to Disney description

Attractive Mediterranean style executive villa in the new exclusive gated Watersong resort. 15 mins drive from Disney and close to all major theme parks and surrounded by golf courses. Easy access to shopping malls/ staurants.

The villa sleeps 12 comfortably in 2 masters, 1 queen and 3 twin bedrooms, served by 4.5 bathrooms. It is beautifully appointed and decorated, including a kitchen/diner, family room, formal lounge, dining room and utility room.

Upstairs is a an extra room especially for the younger members of the family with a TV, Playstation 3 with comfy bean bags. The villa has its own pool within a large lanai area which has outside table and chairs to make the most of the glorious sunsets.

Watersong is a conservation site. The villa enjoys unspoilt views and overlooks a small lake. Guests can also use the facilities of the clubhouse which includes a community pool, gym, small shop, internet cafe

Excellent Vacation Rental

I was a little bit worried about our accommodations since we have only ever stayed in hotels however, we just returned from a wonderful vacation in a more than wonderful home and I can honestly say we will be repeat customers. This home was beautiful and way beyond our expectations. It had everything we needed and then some. The pool was really nice. Felt just like home. The property manager (Paul) is very pleasant and the booking process went very smoothly. We will definitely highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone who asks and probably to those who don't ask. Thanks Again Paul.
