'PERFECT' DOESN'T EVEN DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE!

On our way from the airport, driving through the neighborhood, I was already satisfied with all the close grocery shopping, fast food & other random joints near by. When we arrived at the house, we instantly fell in love with the automatic gate that would keep unwanted guests out. Love that the parking was directly in front of the house rather than on the street. I also love that everything was under a code lock which minimalized having to carry extra keys. We arrived during a heat wave so when we walked in to an air conditioner we were so relived. There is also an amazing fireplace type heater that was very useful being that we are from Hawaii and were freezing in 60 degree weather. The house itself was beyond perfect. The modern decor has a very homely feeling you just fall deeply in love with. The house is stocked with everything you could need from towels, bath soap and toilet paper to cups, bowls and pans to clothes hampers, an iron and vacuum. Anything you think "oh no, I'm gonna have to go get some _____" if you take a look around, chances are, they already thought of it for you. Washing clothes are the last thing you want to do on vacation but there area washer and dryer which we used on the last day since I had to return to work just few hours after landing at home. Completely bummed that I didn't get a chance to use the grill but we did get to enjoy the lanai and the most beautiful plants the have around the property. We went to so many different places, Anaheim, Venice, Hollywood. Culver City is the most central it could get. Very close to the 10 and so many other major streets. Rudy was in constant contact with us which was the ultimate plus. He let me know when something was up (someone parked in my stall) and even thanked me the next day for inconveniencing me even though he gave me another parking. So sweet. He made sure we were comfortable and answered any questions I had right away. I could go on and on about how perfect that house is but just stay there and see for yourself! I promise you won't be disappointed!

WONDERFUL RENTAL IN THE CULVER CITY AREA

This was a wonderful vacation rental. There are three rentals on this property, one behind the other. The neighbors were very nice, peaceful and respectful till my last night on the property, when the tenants of the front rental decided to play beer pong at 1am, orginally setting up right outside my bedroom window, but eventually moved back to their own patio when they realized there were other tennants behind them. Otherwise Rudy maintains the property very well and was available for questions and simple requests. Having the kitchen to make meals saved us a good amount of money, so when we ate out, it was worth it! The Lobster at the Santa Monica Peir was amazing and decently priced for a a great seafood joint. The home could get a little warm during the day but had plenty of windows to open and ceiling fans. The patio was very nice too. I would certainly rent this unit again and refer my friends to do the same. Only suggestion I have for Rudy is you could use some new kitchen utensils; mainly a spatula and can opener. Thanks for making our stay so comfy. We felt right at home.

OK BUT NO GO BACK

I suppose the property was ok according to the price but next time I will try to find something else. I think that the owner should invest money and redo the bathroom since it is not clean (the seal around the sink and bathtub is black). The location is good, close to any attractions but be ready that the area is not the best. The light in one of the bedrooms did not work ( I did not have time and energy to contact the owner) and when you enter the property you may feel some smell

The overall impression was very good.We have stayed three nights in this lovely house and it was so comfortable that we did not want to leave the place.The house is located in such a spot that is easy to explore the town even if you rely on public transport.We did not have a car and the bus is a walking distance from the house.The house has got everything you need , even the clothes washer and clothes dryer are available for you to use.We have found those facilities very convenient and important to us.The house has got the warm feel and it is very secure .we have found the place in a spotless condition .The remote control front gate is an excellent idea .The owner Rudy is very nice guy , he has left a great impression as he is very helpful and does care about his house and guests.Wish him and his family all the best and hope to see him again in the future.We will recommend this property to all our friends and family .Los Angeles is a great holiday destination and we have enjoyed every moment of our stay in that lovely and friendly town.Thanks a lot Rudy.Best Regards.Dina and Asim , Melbourne ,Australia
