Beyond Expectations

We absolutely loved the house and it quickly became home. Much nicer than the pictures depict - so we were pleasantly surprised. You could use one more arm chair and an ottoman, as someone always had to sit on a stool. It could be placed right by the broom closet. Found everything we needed and then some. You have thought of everything to make a home away from home. Thank you Paul for all your assistance. Would definitely return again. Sandi

A Gem In The Desert

We enjoyed our stay in this property very much. We liked the open concept of the unit and having the washer and dryer in the garage proved very useful for us. Because of the proximity of the unit in the complex and backing onto the canal, our stay was very quiet and peaceful. The complex is located so close to Highway 60 that access to other parts of the area was so quick and easy. We spent most of our afternoons at the community pool, just a short walk from the unit, sometimes having it all to ourselves.

The Property Manager, Tristan, took care of any of our questions/concerns in a very professional and efficient manner.

We would highly recommend this property to our friends or family.

The unit was as described, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen is adequate and there is a barbeque in the back yard. The community is large, with about (I'm guessing) condo/townhouse units.
The community pool is a great blessing when temps get over 90 degrees. The unit comes with pool towels!!
The area is quite nice, with Circle K, Walgreens, and CVS very close. Walmart and other shopping is a short drive away. There are several full size golf courses within a 15 minute drive.
On the one to 10 scale I'd give it an 8. When considering the price the rating goes to 9.5.

Excellent place...Needs Heated Pool

I just wanted to drop you a note about our stay.


We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were excellent. The rental was clean and adequately furnished (missed a measuring cup only). The location was close to everything we needed.

There were a couple of things I would like to share.

First, the pool is not heated. We found it very hard to stay in the pool for more than a few minutes. In talking with others there...they let us know that it is the HOA's decision not to heat it and in fact there is not a heater even connected.

Second, the grill did would not light. I purchased a lighter and did finally get it lit, but the instructions on the grill manual did not work. I had to light it from the opposite side by sticking the lighter barrel through a hole on the right side.

Again, we had a great time and would stay here every year if the pool was heated.

Spring Training

My wife and I came for spring training along with my brother. Every aspect of this rental was a breeze. When we arrived at the home itt was better than we expected. Everything was clean and in great shape. Very comfortable stay. We will be contacting the owner to stay in this unit again when we are in Mesa.
