IDEAL FOR 2 FAMILIES SHARING OR UP TO 12 ADULTS: 'Amalfi' is fully airconditioned and equipped with everything that you would expect to find for your convenience, including 5 Hi-Definition TV's, AUSTAR, 2 DVD players, stereo, BIG SCREEN TV room, a fully equipped kitchen, a waterside cabana with BBQ facilities and a large salt water swimming pool.

A full monitored security alarm is also installed.

Other facilities to help our younger guests include a stroller, a high chair, port-a-cot and a baby monitor. There is also an assortment of DVD's and games available with AUSTAR cable TV, WiFi internet access available and X-Box and PS2.

DESCRIPTION: UPSTAIRS: Accommodation includes a casual living area with full length terrace and gorgeous North facing skyline views. This large family room also incorporates a home cinema with large screen plasma HiDef TV and Yamaha 5.1 surround sound and AUSTAR. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with LCD TV, ensuite plus two other bedrooms that share a large interconnected bathroom with corner spa. One of these bedrooms contains two sets of single bunks plus a queen bed, bean bags, and 42' plasma TV.

DOWNSTAIRS: Accommodation consists of main living/dining area with comfortable leather lounges, 42' plasma TV with AUSTAR cable, DVD player, a fully fitted kitchen, a large laundry and multi media study equipped with LCD TV, PS2 plus X-Box game console for the kids and a supply of popular games and WiFi internet. The multi media room can double as additional sleeping accommodation with a leather futon sofa-bed.

There is also a large bedroom with a queen bed and Built in Robes on this level.

BRING YOUR BOAT...: If you own a boat, bring it along and park it at your own private jetty. There is a boat ramp near by and once you are underway out on the water, you'll be on main river in minutes.

There is undercover secure parking for two vehicles.

It is also a central hub, located just minutes from all the major shopping and entertainment hot-spots on the Gold Coast. Just to the south is Pacific Fair, one of the largest shopping centres in the country, offering hundreds of specialty shops, major department stores, a cinema complex and plenty of activities for the kids. To the north is the vibrant beachside playground of Surfers Paradise. Along the eastern fringes of Broadbeach Waters you'll find a world-class casino and cabaret venue as well as the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. On the coastal fringe is the fabulous dining and entertainment precinct of Broadbeach, boasting great shopping, wine bars, alfresco dining, and and groovy night spots.The beach at Broadbeach is a popular spot for swimming, surfing and boogie boarding. Broadbeach Waters is approximately 20 minutes' drive from the Coolangatta Airport .

Amalfi Gold Coast is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we require all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area 'quiet time' From 10pm to 8 am.
