Sister units to # 237291 and #248312. The unit is in see the sea building and faces the ocean directly. No peek a boo views or between ends of building etc,, the only thing between you and the ocean is ocean blvd and the beach, Watch cruise ships and navy ships leave and arrive in the harbour. Watch sail boats go up and down the coast. Your at almost eye level with the coast guard helicopters flying up and down the coast. 57' HDTV,with over 200 HD channels,WIFI

Fantastic sunsets, views north to Lajolla, which is 1 mile away, views south as for as the eye can see. Everything you need by the hundreds stores, restaurants, gift shops, coffee houses, last but not least bars, all within 1 mile radius.
This was my first time to the area. Ronald was most accommodating. The condo sits right at the beach. Everything is 15 mins away! Either going downtown to the Midway or sailing on Stars and Stripes. Whale watching in 8 mins from here. We ocean kayaked In LaJolla. There is Ralph's for every need you have. Dining there are great eats like Duck Dive or Spice Lounge. The cabinetry needs updating but over all the condo met our expectations. You will not be disappointed by this sample of living the dream.
We just stayed for a week and DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE! Ron's condo is simply amazing with the incredible ocean view from all 3 balconies. You always feel right at home and comfortable, especially while watching the big screen T.V. with the added bonus of relaxing ocean waves in the background. This, by far, is the best place to stay in San Diego. The location is right in the center of all attractions and walking distance to Ralph's (grocery) and many restaurants. Some years there is no need to even use our vehicle, just bikes for the entire week. Yes, that's really possible here....I'm telling you the location is THE BEST!! Ron, the owner, is so very kind and always makes sure we are taken care of from the moment we pull up to the parking garage! The only negative thing I can even think of to say about this condo is that it's always rented year round. I wish there were more availability, so we could come twice a year. Or, hope that Ron purchases a few more units in this building to accommodate EVEN MORE VISITORS! (Hint...Hint)

We spent the week before Easter at Ron's condo. The location can't be beat..........20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Sea World, 20 minutes from the Sea Port Village (Harbor) area, 20 minutes from the San Diego Zoo at Balboa Park (museums) and only 20 minutes up to La Jolla (seals on the beach!).............and right ON the boardwalk next to Crystal Pier at Pacific Beach. Beach for us was quiet, had the sliding doors open every night to listen to the surf as we slept in this fourth (top) floor condo. GREAT sunsets! Yes, the carpet is worn, as is the couch, but the place is very clean. Ron was SUPER to work with! Within a short walk are all kinds of GREAT places to eat, especially Kono's for breakfast, but get there before 8AM, after that the line is out the door! The kitchen is adequately stocked though if you want to stay in. The only real complaint is the highway traffic from 7-9AM and 4-6PM. The reserved garage parking spot also made life easier. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
This was our third stay in one of Ron's units. We love this unit, it's on the top floor and an end unit with incredible views up and down the coast. The building is in a wonderful location, within walking distance of grocery store, drug store, Starbucks, and just about any type of restaurant you can think of. We love the sound of the waves morning and night, and the sunsets are breathtaking. Ron is a delight to work with, you will not be disappointed.
Just returned home from yet another fabulous week at Ron's condo in Pacific Beach. Having stayed in many different condos, hotels, and houses in the area, we're thrilled to have found this place! The two bedroom/bathroom "suites" are separated by the common living area and afford total privacy for two couples. We love the always beautiful and entertaining views from the whole condo - including the ocean front bedrooms. Love sleeping to the waves and waking to the view! Many comparable ocean front rentals have the bedrooms on the backside with alley or street windows. This condo is perfect in amenities - light, bright, panoramic ocean views and comfortably furnished. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Binoculars are a must for viewing all the action - dolphins, pelicans, kite surfers, and the always entertaining people of the boardwalk! Perfect location and wonderful owner. We stayed at this condo for 6 days, over the September long weekend, and had mixed feelings about it.
- Magnificent sunsets from the living room and balconies.
- Very comfortable beds
- On the 4th floor, which keeps us somewhat insulated from the activities on the boardwalk
- Easy access to anywhere in San Diego and La Jolla.
- The condo is pretty tired. The carpets were very dirty, the kitchen is old, the fridge made an annoying noise for the whole time, and the furniture (except for very comfy beds) is old. The place needs a makeover and paint.
- Balconies are very small, not useful for more than two people to stand/sit.
- The location is beautiful, on the beach. However, it is close to several bars, and the partiers tended to spill out of the bars an on to the beach in front of us. Sometimes the noise would go to 4am.
Overall, we had a good vacation, but for the money, we expected accommodations that were in better condition.
