Renovated summer/fall of 2011 and is now ready to accommodate you for a great vacation on Siesta Key with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Renovated summer/fall of 2011 and is now ready to accommodate you for a great vacation on Siesta Key. This single-family home offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms; no need to share here! Two of these are large suites with brand new bathrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. The main living area is open from the living room to the dinning room to the kitchen giving this home a very spacious feel. In the living room there is plenty of seating to watch the 46' LED TV with FIOS programming. Wireless internet is available throughout the home as well as the pool deck.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:

One month minimum with the exception of 2 week reservations a maximum of 30-days in advance.

Our vacation on Siesta Key was delightful and a bid part of that was because of our rental house. The location is quiet while still being within easy reach of the village and the beach. The bikes just add the cherry on the top as we could pedal in a few minutes to the village for a little exercise, early morning coffee (The Bean opens at 7) and a casual read of a newspaper. The house is updated with new appliances and the pool was pleasant several afternoons in the warmth of the day. There is ample room inside, a good selection of TV channels, and a misic system for CDs. We would recommend this house and will return ourselves.

Great house! Great location! Very clean!
I only have one thing to suggest. The property owner needs to seriously spend a little money on some pillows and blankets because are backs are paying for it. Luckily there were only two of us and we were able to steal pillows from other rooms. I was almost tempted to buy new ones.
