Upon arrival At the Beach you will find parking in the driveway and in the garage. Make your way to the front door up the front stairs and you are immediately transformed into paradise.
The first floor of this amazing home is loaded with everything you will need for your stay, even if you do not like stairs! The first floor master suite is located to the right as you enter the home. Equipped with a King size bed, private bath, closet, dresser and television, you are sure to enjoy staying in as much as going out.
To the left of the entry is the oversized family room / dining room. The living area is fully equipped with state-of-the art electronics including large flat panel television. You will find plenty of room for your family to unwind with the additional sitting area near the front windows. Toward the back of the room, you will find the dining area with space enough for your entire family. The entire rooms are anchored together with beautiful tile flooring. Behind the dining area is a delightful treasure. A screened back porch with lounger as well as table and chairs. There is no other spot more perfect for your morning coffee or evening delight.
Beyond the dining area to the right is the fully equipped galley style kitchen. The chef in the family will find their every desire for creating the perfect culinary masterpiece. The kitchen has a window that faces the sound side and if it is your turn to prepare dinner, you may bear witness to the famous Topsail Island sunsets!
The remaining sleeping rooms and bathrooms are located up the stairs in the entryway. As you reach the top of the stairs you are greeted with warm light from the second floor deck. There is also a full bath at the top of the stairs.
To the right of the stairs there are two bedrooms. Bedroom 3 faces the sound side of the home and is equipped with a queen bed, television, closet and dresser. Bedroom 4 faces the ocean veiw side of the home and is equipped with two twin beds, television, closet and dresser.
One of the final treasures on the second floor is the second master suite! Private entrance to the covered deck as well as private bath make this a treat everyone will be pining for. Another King Sized bed, television, closet and dresser complete this charming oasis.
