Comfortable, in the best street of the Gloria neighborhood, 300 m from the Swiss Consulate (and its famous restaurant) and just 600 m from the Glória subway station.

Backyards, very well lit and particularly quiet, on the fringe of downtown where the most important commercial, business and cultural addresses are located.
