Great Condo! Had a great time. The Condo was very clean and maintained. Mike is great to deal with very fast at answering questions you my have. Front desk was very easy to deal with. Will be back very soon!

The owner is quick to respond to questions and was great at walking us through the arrival process via email. The unit is clean and comfortable with a nice patio.
The Basic "condo" items like cooking spray/oil and sugar weren't provided and some. I've always had the kitchen basic at other condo/house rentals.
The furniture, bedding and tv are all great and new. We really enjoyed the unit overall.

We chose Montelago Village and this unit because we wanted to be near one of our favourite places, the Lake Mead National Recreation Area; it's five minutes away. Great sunsets. The unit, in the resort hotel was clean, well equipped and provided everything we needed. The pool area is lovely and the shops, restaurants and casino are right outside your door. Lots of parking and the hotel staff were friendly ( they give you your unit keys) and answered any questions we had. The resort is about 10 miles from the Strip.. just turn right coming out of the resort on to Lake Mead Parkway, then right after about 3 miles onto Warm Springs Road. It leads straight to downtown Las Vegas and avoids the freeway. Mike provided all the directions/info we needed in relation to the unit and our damage deposit was returned promptly.

Condo is exactly as it photos look online. Nice balcony with plenty of room for drinks for two. Bed and linens were comfortable. Excellent absorbant towels in unit. Underground secure parking was very nice with direct elevator access. Did not have tim to use the work out room and the pool was closed for maintenance so can not comment. Owner was very receptive and quickly responded to our inquires both prior to the booking and while we were in the unit. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Excellent place to stay to get away from the hectic Las Vegas strip. Our condo was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Mike, the owner, was great at answering our questions and solving our problems.
We had an issue with the newly installed cable TV, and he got us help right away. Will stay there again if we come back!
