It has taken us two years to find an apartment equal in style and elegance to our first successful acquisition in Prague. The new apartment represents our values of providing accommodation which captures the historical charm of Prague, while at the same time offering value for money. This Art Nouveau building has been renovated by an Italian company. Their work on this building was nominated for an award. In the apartment, many original features have been preserved. Parquet floors, French doors, high ceilings and large original windows blend tastefully with restored antiques, chandeliers and touches of modern style. There is a sunny, quiet balcony overlooking a courtyard, where you can enjoy breakfast in tranquil surroundings. It is as comfortable for 4 as it is for 2 people. The large living room comfortably accommodates two extra guests. The apartment has been styled with an attention to detail, care and elegance, sure to leave you with memories as deep and vivid as the city itself.

Nearest Train: Halavni Nadrazi at 1 Kilometres
The apartment is in Old Town, the historical centre of Prague. It is 5 minutes walk to Na Prikope street, where you will find the Municiple House and the Jewish Quarter. Wenceslas square and Old Town square are a few minutes from here. Florenc metro station is 1 minute from the apartment. This will take you to Museum, the top of Wenceslas square in 2 mins. All attractions are reachable by metro in minutes. There are trams and a bus taking you directly to the Jewish quarter of Old Town, from where it is a few minutes walk to Old Town Square. You are one minutes walk from a supermarket and shopping centre. Palladium shopping centre, the city's largest, is 5 minutes away. There is a bus station behind the apartment and the main train station Halvani Nadrazi is one metro stop away. Hilton Hotel is opposite the apartment with its famous sky bar where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city. This quiet location is perfect for exploring the city by tram, metro or by foot.

  • The rates shown are for 2 people. For each additional guest add 15 Euros per person per night. Stays of 7 days get a 10 % discount off the total price. A 60 Euro deposit is required to reserve the apartment. This is payable by PAYPAL or bank transfer. It is refundable if cancellation is made one week prior to arrival .The balance is payable in cash or by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of 3%. There are no additional charges and all linen and towels are provided. PLEASE NOTE this is a rental DIRECTLY through OWNER, a native-English speaker from London based in Prague. We are NOT an AGENCY and so you can enjoy better quality accommodation for a lower price. Taxi transfer fan be organised from the airport at a cost of 20 Euros. Stays of less than 3 nights are at the owners discretion.

Notes: Parking is available in secure underground garages across the street from the apartment at the newly opened Hotel the Jurys Inn. As we have contacts in the hotel industry, we were able to negotiate special rates exclusively for our guests. Instead of 450 CZK, approx 17 Euros a nights, we are able to offer our guests 350 CZK, approx 13 Euros a night. Taxi transportation can be arranged with our friendly and reliable taxi company, who will pick you up directly from the airport and take you to the apartment. Groups of up to 4 cost 550 CZK, approx 20 Euros, groups of up to 8 are 800 CZK, approx 30 Euros. Our drivers all speak English and are mostly English speaking Expats who are friendly and will be able to give you advice bout Prague during your journey. The Owner/ representative will then meet you at the apartment to provide you with further information about your stay and the city.

This is a beautiful apartment It is decorated with care and attention, just as described in the advert. We didn’t have a chance to enjoy the balcony but I am sure it is fantastic in the summer months. The location was great. We could walk to all attractions but if we didn’t feel like waking there was a metro at the door step of the apartment as well as a tram and bus stop. It was also really handy having two supermarkets on the door step of the flat as well as a bakery and deli. I would recommend this apartment without hesitations and are already booked in for next year! Thanks again

We loved this apartment and Ilan went out of his way to help us out with all our requests. The apartment is in a vintage building and has been totally remodeled. We would have liked to be more centrally located near the center of Old Prague but a 15 minute walk put you to most attractions. The metro is steps away.

This apartment was the best of all our accomodations in our trip to Europe. The location is a 10 minute walk to the heart of Prague and a half-block from a subway station. A couple adjacent streets had some quaint little restaurants and shops, too. The place was neatly decorated and clean. We used the offered taxi service from the airport and were very pleased with that as well.

This delightful apartment lived up to the description. It was tastefully decorated, full of charm and elegance. The lovely balcony, where we chose to have breakfast and a drink in the evening, was sunny and quiet. The apartment is very central and everything we needed was within walking distance. There are supermarkets close by with some very nice bakeries and some good restaurants in the local area recommended by our host, Ilan, who was most helpful. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment to those who want something special and romantic.
