Our villa is a short drive from Disney World and Central Florida's other major theme parks and attractions, situated in a golf resort where peace and quiet are the norm.

'Tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees dotting the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers with water coming into play (barely) on just one hole, #10. It's a very sporty course and although it's a tad shorter in length, it can still be a 'wee tough' if your game's not on! Notes: Check our photos for the SW facing pool deck and layout. There's plenty of space and pool furniture for sunbathing/enjoying the pool and a large retractable electric shade is installed to give shelter from the heat of the day at the push of a button. A fully equipped laundry means you can bring fewer clothes and save space in your luggage for goodies to take back home. There are two living rooms, one offering pool access and the other at the front of the villa. Blu-Ray and DVD players and a Nintendo Game Cube have been installed for guests' use and enjoyment as well as a selection of games, films and books. Free wifi means you can check weather, theme park times and sports results. For the energetic, we have a games room with table football, table tennis and air hockey. We also have tennis rackets in the villa if anyone wants to use the communal facilities. A gas BBQ is provided and local/national telephone calls are free to guests and the cable TV has 100s of channels.

Perfect in Every Way

Just a short note to say that we had a great holiday and loved staying in your villa. It was perfect in every way and the information you provided in advance and available in the villa were spot on – thank you, we have some fantastic memories to treasure! If we’re fortunate enough to save enough money for a return trip, we will certainly be in touch and I’ll recommend you to others.
I also wanted to add that the management company were really helpful. My husband had severe toothache on the trip over and when we arrived one of the first things we needed help with was emergency care which they helped with really quickly, even though it was a Sunday!

Fantastic Villa

Just writing to thank you for letting us use your Fantastic Villa, it has everything and more. We didnt want to come home, the Villa was so comfortable and spacious we were able to just sit back and relax after a long day at the parks. The pool and Spa were great to cool down from the heat, the Holiday was just perfect, we're hoping to arrange another trip next year and if we do we will definately be in touch. Thanks again, we had a Great time.

A truly spectacular villa!!

We have just come back from a 3 week trip to Orlando our 4th visit and only 3rd stay in a villa. We chose this villa because it was situated on the same street and estate that we stayed in on our last holiday. This however was a far bigger and truly better decorated villa than our last one. It has everything you need and you truly won't want to come home (we didn't)!! The villa owners are very helpful with any questions you may have from the moment you book their villa. The management company are very helpful and check on the pool cleaning etc throughout your stay - we only had to call them once due to the battery needing replacing on the smoke alarm!! The owners have a recommendation book which guests can write in and we picked up suggestions of a few new places to eat which we hadn't tried before. We also left a few suggestions for new guests. We will be going back again hope fully in 2012 and will be booking this villa again!! We are back home but pining for the weather and the luxurious villa!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: If customer satisfaction is anything to go by, it looks like our hard work and investment in our villa continues to pay off.
