modern apartment with amazing view

this apartment is just as advertised. it is very modern, clean and comfortable. the owner and his agent are easy to work with. the bedrooms and bathrooms are great, and the bedrooms have lovely views of city rooftops. the location is good, with both the center of the city and the vatican nearby. there are two issues with the apartment that i would mention. the first is that there is no living room, and only a very small sitting area, so there is no common area for socializing. of course, since we were out all the time this was not so important. the second is that the entrance to the apartment is on a fairly steep hill, and to get up to the street you must walk up a city staircase. so if you have trouble walking up hills or stairs this apartment is not for you.

Space! We all want so much space available in the center of Rome, very close to the places of tourist interest.
The space in the center of Rome has a very high price! So you need to make a choice!
What choice for a holiday home? Only one bathroom? Or two comfortable bathrooms with shower?
A small kitchen? With limited space? Or a kitchen with space and convenient appliances? Bedrooms small? or comfortable bedrooms with comfortable lettio? Where wash their clothes? Outside? Or have in your home is a laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer (!) Etc..?
We have a comfortable dining table for 4 people, a comfortable sofa for three people where you can see the satellite TV, and a chair with an ottoman.
The tourist comes out in the morning and returns in the evening, is tired and wants to cook at home in a fully equipped kitchen, want to see after the news of his country to the TV, or connect to the Internet fast. (!) After he wants to go to sleep in comfortable rooms. The morning four people running to the bathroom? No! There are two comfortable bathrooms with shower!
The long ladder to reach the house! Dear Martha may not have taken the best way! In fact, you would have had to walk one hundred yards because of the Janiculum, then climb a small ladder and continue to climb Sant'Onofrio number 21, which is located a few yards later. Better yet, get on the bus 470, get off at the Child Jesus and then everything in duscesa to reach the house! I'm sorry not to have had a sufficient communication.
It 'a matter of choice! This apartment is 65 square meters.
If a tourist wants more space, remember that we have two more apartments:
- Trastevere, 80-square-foot
- The historic center, 110 square meters.
But in the morning when I wake up ... I do not have a panoramic view of Castel Sant'Angelo!
As I said, it's a matter of choice.
