Why book a PV hotel room when you can stay in this seculed studio with a private dipping pool???
In mid-November we decided last minute to take a spur-of-the-moment five day R&R trek to PV over the USA November 2011 Thanksgiving weekend. Living in Mexico, we arrange these impulse sojourns embracing wholly ‘vive la vida loca Mexico’.
Staying our five nights in the studio efficiency suite at Casa Ladera was absolutely awesome. Located a 5-7 minute walk to Playa los Muertos in a quiet residential neighborhood on the south-side of the Zona Romatica, it’s within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping – all located on the desirable south-side of the Rio Cuale. The unit has a king size bed, ample closet space, two multi-drawer clothes storage dressers, plush bath towels, kitchen with cutlery, glasses, flatware, toaster, four burner cooking range-top and oven, blender, and a full-size refrigerator. Each morning we prepared a breakfast of fresh fruits, natural yogurt, fresh squeezed fruit juice, and freshly brewed Mexican grown coffee eating al-fresco pool-side! We enjoyed après-beach invigorating dips in the private dipping pool while sipping mango-margaritas. We entertained friends for wine on the terrazzo at sunset before dining locally. This’ just about as close to nirvana as it can get…
Without any hesitation we’re already making plans to return. Stay at this romantic Casa Ladero studio - and you too will dream of returning again, and again to be lolled asleep by the soothing distant sound of the Océano Pacifico waves as they lap waters-edge on the Puerto Vallarta beach below.
