Rome Apartment Arancia e cannella is located in a residential and friendly neighborhood, just 5 minutes on foot from the Vatican Museum, with the convenience of a metro a few minutes away that will take you directly to the center in a moments notice.

The apartment is on the first floor of a grand palazzo with an elevator; you'll enter a very bright and spacious living room and large open kitchen area which has an honest and homely feel rather than one of typical tourist luxury. Every amenity is at hand for a great stay in Rome.

There's a sofa on one side that can sleep two people and the kitchen is very large, fully equipped and has a dishwasher. There's an open area for dining.

The hallway coming from this main family room leads to two spacious bedrooms. The first has a an en-suite bathroom with a shower , also a separate toilet . The second can use a large bathroom with hydro massage tub and shower as well as a washing machine and dryer.

There is ample cupboard space throughout the apartment and all the windows have been double glazed to keep out the noise.

The apartment has a Flat TV 37’ HD (Cable/Satellite Pay-per-view on demand in english ), CD/MP3 Player Iphone/Ipod dock stereo system, New Generation Led TV 22’ HD (main bed room), Playstation2 with games(DVD player) , free WiFi connection. Telephone for free local and national calls.

The apartment is very closed to the Vatican museum.

The historical part of Rome is very big and there isn't a really place closed to everything but this apartment has so many buses and underground that is the perfect location to visit easily all parts of Rome.

Just down the apartment you can find god restaurants, banks , drugstores , taxi station, wine seller, wine bar, pubs , pharmacy , tour services, etc.

Thanks to the proximity with the Vatican City, this neighborhood is considered very safe and well guarded.

Great Apartment

We loved our stay here. Close to the Metro, close to shopping, close to St. Peter's. Good restaurants just steps away. Got there, put our clothes away and felt like we were home. Francesca (and baby!) were so helpful. Both bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of storage. The washer and DRYER are a wonderful amenity. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The Mercato with all of the amazing stalls is within 3-4 blocks, the supermarket is across the street. Caffe, pastry, pizza, focaccini all close by. Would urge visitors to visit 59 Via Giuliana restaurant, one block up the street; had a wonderful meal.

Now if the transportation workers would not have gone on strike it would have been perfect.

Nice apartment with lots of space, great storage, clean, modern baths and kitchen w/ lovely tile work. A/C in bedrooms made for wonderful sleeping on HOT July nights. Great place for a family with small children - lots of toys. Walkable distance to Vatican City and easy access to Metro. Very residential neighborhood - not at all touristy! Many thanks to Francesca for making our stay comfortable.

The apt was great! It looked just like the pics and was very accessible to the Metro and markets. We appreciated how much time the owner spent getting us familiar with the area and checking on us during our stay. I would recommend this apt to anyone traveling to Rome. We would stay again if given the opportunity.

Everything was wonderful!!

Perfect location close to the Vatican and the local markets. We able to walk anywhere easily and the bus stop right outside the door was useful. Everyone was so helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The map on the wall in the hallway and travel books were an especially nice touch. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and opening up the windows to get the feel of the city . . felt like a local! Will recommend to anyone and use again if we ever get a chance to visit Rome again!

We were pleasantly surprised with the size and ammenities the apartment provided our family. Walking distance to Vatican City...WOW! Great restaurants and pizzarias within a couple of blocks! A/C in the bedrooms and beautiful decor! Metro 2 blocks away... easy! Bus stop right outside the entrance... WOW! 1st time visit to Rome and hopefully not the last. Our daughter did an excellent job finding you and we will keep your info as well in case we can make it back some day! Too much to see in just one week!! Thank you for the comforts of home so far away from home!
