MONTHLY rental of a beautiful Lake LBJ (2005) home with one of very best views of the Lake, on one of the largest bays In the middle of the Horseshoe Bay resort communiies.

JUST STEPS FROM THE WATER! This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath has a private master suite downstairs with windows over looking the lake. The luxurious master bath has a jetted tub, and separate shower, and double vanities's.

The downstairs has a large guest bedroom with it's own private bath with tub and shower combination

Upstairs is a gameroom with a foosball table, TV, and bedroom with it's own private bath

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and a 7 foot island

The Dining room has a huge farm house table that seats 8

Covered patio with ceiling fan

Laundry room with front load W/D.

Wireless internet,plug in to the hard-wired sockets in most rooms, the porch and dock! Dish network on 4 TVs, and a bluray DVR. Deer roam around the subdivision, as well as Blue Heron, ducks, and other wildlife

Lake LBJ Information - LCRA: What makes Lake LBJ one of the most popular lakes in the Texas Hill Country is that it is managed as a constant level lake by the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA). This is different than Lake Travis and Lake Buchanan which can vary up or down significantly as the LCRA manages water through drought and/or flood conditions. Please note that while Lake LBJ is managed as a constant level lake, the LCRA sometimes lowers the lake to kill off algae and to make repairs to facilities (dams, power plants, etc.). This is typically done in the winter every few years for a week to 10 days. See the lcra.org website for more information on the Texas Hill Country Lakes, parks, & lake activities.

Need a boat or jet ski(s)? There are plenty of local marinas that rent for the day, week, month or longer! Most will deliver to your dock & put it in the slip for you! Great fishing, boating and water skiing. Lot's of smooth bays and coves for beginners to practice on (and this is one of them)!

We only rent our lake home for a month or longer. We want you to enjoy your stay and relax as well! You will want to come back every year!

The Horseshoe Bay resort community is located in the beautiful Hill Country of Central Texas. Mild winters allow you to enjoy outdoor activities such as golfing, tennis, hiking, hunting, and fishing year-round. For the more adventurous, take on famous Enchanted Rock, a huge, pink granite exfoliation dome, that rises 425' above ground, 1825' above sea level, covering 640 acres (one of the largest batholiths in the USA).

After visiting the Alamo, rest your feet along the newly extended River Walk in nearby San Antonio. When antique hunting, enjoy German cuisine in Fredericksburg and/or New Braunfels; bar-b-que in Llano, Burnett & Marble Falls; and great Tex-Mex everywhere. You'll also need more than one trip to Austin to enjoy the art & live music!

Or, in your fully furnished beautiful lake home on Lake LBJ(built in 2005), you can fish off your dock, sit on your back porch, or just relax & enjoy all the amenities: cable, internet, boat slip, garage, kitchen/bath/laundry.

Notes: Half of the garage is reserved for owner's jet ski's and trailer. There is a community ramp to launch your boat and put it in the slip. Pets considered based upon history and reasonable depost required. Brochures and activity guides will be updated as new ones become available. No smoking inside the house. All smoking must be outside the house on the back porch and all trash picked up. The property is on a septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. No chemical,oils,shells,coffee grounds, peels etc down drains There is no housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the property, please clean as you would your own home. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

We stayed at this house in 2009, and it was a very nice place to hang out. The view from the back porch is lake LBJ as shown in the pictures. The property is close to Horseshoe Bay with Golf, Tennis, and a private airport nearby. Grocery shopping is in Marble Falls (about 15 min. away).

Lots of things to do in the area. Texas winters are fairly mild, so this would be a good place to come to escape the snow this winter.
