This Luxurious Home is located at Westbury on Highway 27, about 10 minutes south of 1-4 and only 20-25 mins from Disney Main Gate. The other attractions including Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Wet n Wild, Kennedy Space Centre & Busch Gardens are easily accessible.

The Villa is ideal for day trips to Daytona Beach on the Atlantic and Clearwater on the Gulf of Mexico. There are several championship golf courses within easy driving distance of the Villa. The new Champions Gate Golf Complex is within five minutes as is a Publix grocery store, a Walgreens Pharmacy and a liquor store. A Wal-Mart Super-centre is 10 minutes away. There a many restaurants nearby if you don't feel like cooking. Some of them have take out and some will deliver to the Villa.

Golf: There are over 20 challenging golf courses within a 30 min drive. Champions Gate is only 10 minutes away and nearly all courses are available on a 'pay & play' basis. Florida is known for its beautiful and plentiful golf courses and with its sunny, warm climate is an ideal all year round place to play. There are many championship courses within the area.

A Great Month in Florida!!

We enjoyed our month at this vacation home! All the rooms were large enough to accomodate everyone. The community was quiet and close enough to all amenities. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we enjoyed coming home from the theme parks and going for swims. The property manager, Jennifer, was very helpful and quick to answer all of our questions. We cannot wait until our next holiday and would reccomend this house to anyone that is going to Florida!!

Having never been to Florida, I did extensive research in planning this vacation as a graduation present for my daughter. There were many things we wanted to do beyond the typical theme parks. In addition to being beautifully furnished and spacious, Marabella Villa was an ideal home base for all our Florida sight seeing. The owner was very accessible, the price and location were great! Additional bonuses were the pool, spa, and gameroom. A great vacation with lasting memories!

Wonderful Florida Vacation Home

My family and I loved our week at the Marbella vacation home. The five bedrooms gave us plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and the three and a half bathrooms were such a plus. My three year old son loved the pool and would have rather have spent the entire week swimming than doing anything else. We had the pool heated for the week since were were unsure of the weather and it was great for the few times when it rained. Definately worth it. We saved so much money by visiting the local Super Walmart, just five minutes down the road. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for making breakfast in the morning and a few dinners during the week. The drive to Disney was about 20 minutes and very easy to get to from the property. The booking process was very easy and the owner, Safaa, is great to deal with, always very responsive to questions and concerns. We will definately book again the next time we visit Florida.

Great house for family

Our family had a wonderful week at your home. The home was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. My young boys just loved the game room, pool and hot tub and hardly wanted to be anywhere else. I got very fast response from the owner with several questions once we arrived.

We really enjoyed that it was so close to Interstate 4. That made it so simple to head to Orlando to enjoy the many activities there.

We will definitely recommend your home to anyone going to the area and will contact you again for next year when our family comes to Florida.
