We stayed here in August, 2012 for 6 days. We were very pleased with our stay. This is a spacious 120 m2 apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen with high ceilings. The apartement was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent - it is less than 100 m from metro station Cardinal Lemone in the Latin quarter, very close to the major tourist attractions - it is only 5 minutes walk from Patheon. The owners were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, Herve and Michele spent more than 30 minutes to explain how things work, set up wifi internet connnection for us, and made recommendations on where to eat, among other things.

We recommend that you do not carry too big suitcases since the apartment on the 4th floor. Also we highly recommend that you hold onto the rail when you walk downstairs from the sleeping quarter to the living quarter.

We highly recommend this place, and will definitely be glad to come back when we visit Paris again.
