Wonderful property, between the mountains and the beach. Many birds and abundant vegetation. Typical summer home of 320m2, amid broad tree-lined garden. Spacious terrace with panoramic views, lounge, bar, TV room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen and laundry room, 1 suite w / walk in closet and king size bed, 1 large bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 2, 1 bedroom w / double bed + 1 bed, 1 bath, 1 half bath and garage w / 2 cars. The house is very spacious and ventilated. The showers are electric and bedrooms have ceiling fans. TV to engage DVD Player or Playstation. Stone pool w / water that comes from the natural hill. Two beaches in front of the house, one inside the property w / a second house of two rooms with bathroom and terrace. Easy drive to the beach to tow boat. Maid service included.

Sambaqui is a traditional fishing village with great bars and restaurants. Azorean roots, community religious festivals Sambaqui always promotes and encourages groups of folk dances such as Ox-Papaya, Pau and the Mousetrap Tape, assembled and danced by members of the community. The look is one of the greatest attributes Sambaqui. Besides the typical landscape of the nineteenth century, presents a panoramic view of the North Bay and the Mainland. The beaches are small, calm waters, great swimming, kayaking and sailing or motor boats. Great place for hiking and biking.
