DayaVieja Is a small municipal district that is 40Km from Alicante and 12Km from the coast. A motorway that goes through picturesque Mediterranean towns links it to a dual carriageway leading Guardamar Del Segura. DayaVieja is an agricultural town. The surrounding land is good for raising the vegetable and fruit products that are used in the local Mediterranean-style cuisine. Daya Vieja is close to Laguna de la Mata Nature Reserve, considered an ecological important humid area like La Laguna in Torrevieja. Both lagoons attract many species of aquatic birds and plants that have adapted to its salty soil. Daya Vieja is two kilometres distant from Los Palacious leisure area where you will find supermarkets, international restaurants, pubs with live music and all kinds of establishments with fun for all ages. There are several golf courses in the area, such as La Marquesa golf course in Rojales and La Finca in Algorfa. They offer all kinds of services to amateur and professional go.

  • Security Deposit
    In order to protect against damage to the villa or its contents, loss of keys, locking yourselves out or failing to leave the villa in a reasonable condition, we ask for a security deposit. Please send a separate cheque for £150 with the final payment for your booking. If everything is satisfactory, we will return this to you after your holiday upon receipt of any keys sent to you, usually within 10 days. This deposit shall not limit your liability to us
  • For bookings made more than six weeks in advance, please send 25% of the total rent as a deposit at the time of booking and include your security deposit of £150 (in a separate cheque if possible). Please be aware that the 25% deposit is non-refundable. (We advise you to take a travel insurance policy with a cancellation clause, which may help you recover non-refundable monies if necessary.)
    The balance of the holiday becomes payable six weeks before the start of your holiday and is non refundable. For bookings made within eight weeks of your departure date, the full rent is payable, together with the security deposit
  • Two weeks before the balance is due, we will remind you of the required amount by phone, email or in writing. Following receipt of your booking form and required payment, we will send you a confirmation statement. This is the formal acceptance of the booking.

    Rental period timing
    The rental period begins at 3pm on the first day and ends at 10am on the last day of your holiday. You are not entitled to occupy the Villa outside these limits, unless otherwise agreed.
