Set in a waterfront position of the Watermark Villas estate, Eros is an exceptionally exclusive villa overlooking the bay of Agios Lazaros. Guests wishing to find a property with views over the various shades of blue water of the Aegean Sea and the rocky south-eastern coast of Mykonos need to search no further. From the infinity pool to the covered veranda and outdoor dining/living areas one experiences the stunning panorama this villa offers. The interiors are decorated to the highest standard, with designer furniture and appliances thoughtfully placed throughout the villa.
The house is built on two levels and is fully air-conditioned. The main level features the indoor living and dining area, both with access to the terrace which is also equipped for dining al fresco . Right off the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen characterized by high standard appliances and marvelous marble surfaces. A small entrance hall separates the living room from the double bedroom on the main level. This bedroom has access to the terrace through French doors and is ideal for parents with a young child due to the presence of a loft featuring a single bed. A flight of steps leads from the dining room down to the lower level of the villa. All bedrooms on this floor have access to the pool and its terrace which includes an additional outdoor dining area. Each bedroom has a theme colour to compliment the dominance of white. The master bedroom offers a double bed and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. This bathroom, as well as the bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms on the lower level, is built with a predominance of marble, which compliments tthe design of the bedrooms. The aforementioned bedrooms both have double beds and views through the French doors which lead to the pool. Through a long hallway one reaches a small kitchenette connected to a living area. This part of the lower level also includes a single bedroom and is suitable for staff.
