Hermes is an exclusive villa we proudly present as a part of the Watermark Villas collection. As with all of its sister villas, Hermes provides wonderful views over the Agios Lazaros Bay and the Aegean Sea from the multiple wind-sheltered outdoor living spaces and the outdoor dining area. The villa’s infinity pool is located in a panoramic position and is surrounded by two different covered living areas. The pool terrace also includes a lovely pergola with a marble dining table and built-in BBQ.
Views are also a main factor to mention when speaking of the property’s interiors, which combines original design with discerning furnishings, giving Hermes an undeniable appeal to those who enjoy a clever mix of comfort and luxury. The spacious living room is stylishly furnished and comfortable. The adjacent dining room features a unique marble table, fit to host all the delicacies prepared in the connected kitchen, Marble surfaces characterize the kitchen as well as high quality Gaggenau appliances. All the rooms mentioned previously are granted access to the pool terrace through French doors.
The master bedroom is located one level above the kitchen. The bedroom has a private terrace and balcony with great views and has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. On the first level below the kitchen one can find a double bedroom with its own small living room and access to the pool along with a single bedroom ideal for staff. On the second and lowest level of the house there are two double bedrooms each with a separate entrance. A small kitchenette is also located on this level.
