Photos and Description of the Biscarrosse vacation villa rental Superb 5 Bedroom home on the Domaine de Golf.

'Les Mimosas' is situated in the grounds of Biscarrosse Golf Club minutes from the sandy beaches on the lake and the coast and close to the Arcachon Basin. This beautiful home provides very comfortable accommodation for 10 people. The lounge and dining room is spacious with large patio doors leading to the swimming pool, terraces and garden. The room is tastefully furnished and decorated and has a fireplace, TV, DVD player and ADSL Internet. Of course, there is a fully fitted and very well equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor are two of the bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet. On the first floor there are three further double bedrooms a family bathroom, separate toilet and spacious mezzanine room leading to the balcony. The beautifully landscaped gardens feature a new 10 x 5 metre salt water tiled swimming pool (no chemicals and sore eyes). In the garden you will find ample sun loungers, dining furniture and barbecues. All bed linen and towels are supplied.

We loved this house. Usually after a self catering holiday I love to go home where (generally!) everything works and I have everything I need. Not this time - linen, towels, furnishings are all beautiful, washing machine and tumble dryer work, pool is perfect, more than enough pool loungers and parasols. kitchen very well equipped. The owners are generous - kitchen towel, foil, cling film, dishwasher tablets, loo roll, soap, glue, shopping bags- the things you forget about are all provided. It is a spacious house, definitely , first class, not economy, and furnishings are new, comfortable and attractive. There was just one small, very very small, irritation for me - fake flowers. But that is a personal gripe - no one else in our party gave a hoot.

Can't wait to go back in 2009.
Not that easy to find (despite good directions) but it is well worth the effort.
