To enjoy the best time of the year, we offer our guests three charming, friendly and completely restored apartments in an attic within a villa built in the first half of the 20th century, close to the old town of Dubrovnik. Local amenities, restaurants, bars, beaches, parks, bus stations, taxis, American College and IUC are in walking distance to the accommodation. Apartment Kono AP1 fits out with a separate bedroom, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette, Sat-TV, air-conditioning and panorama window. Studioapartment Kono 2 fits out with 2 beds, 1 sofa, kitchenette, Sat-TV, air-conditioning and sea view. Studioapartment Kono 3 fits out with 2 beds, 1 sofa, kitchenette, Sat-TV and air-conditioning. It is very cosy. All double beds can also be used as single beds (100 x 200 cm) and are of high value and quality, made by a joiner. On request we also provide transfers and trips/excursions, baby cot and childrens highchair and laundry service.

Studio apartment Kono 3 is a cosy accommodation in an attic within a villa built in the first half of the 20th century close to the old town of Dubrovnik. It fits out with two beds, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette, Sat-TV and air-conditioning. The double beds can also be used as single beds and are of high value and quality, made by a joiner. The comfortable sofa can also be used by two persons (160 x 200 cm). Local amenities, restaurants, bars, beaches, parks, bus stations, taxis, American College and IUC are in walking distance to the accommodation. The accommodation Apartments Kono is only a few minutes by foot away from the historical centre but in a quiet and residential district. You can find restaurants, bars, cafes, internet cafes, supermarkets, post office, banks, bus stations, taxies, IUC, ACTM, parks, beaches and everything you need in walking distance. In opposit to the house, there is the park Gradac, where you can relax yourself and enjoy a breath-taking view at fortress Lovrijenac and the blue Adriatic Sea. Very close to the house there is the park Bogisic. You can visit the islands Lokrum, the Elafiti islands, Mljet and Cavtat by boat or you can book one of our excursions for instance Dubrovnik and surrounding, Montenegro, peninsula Peljesac, Sarajevo and Medugorije
