Legacy Villas is a new magnificent resort community nestled within a breathtaking canyon of the Santa Rosa mountains. We are affiliated with the world famous La Quinta Resort & Spa. You can enjoy all the amenities of the resort while staying in your own private home.

It is also close to championship golf, fine dining and incredible shopping. La Quinta Spa is just a short walk away. The complex is the newest within the La Quinta area with 280 distinctive luxury resort villas and townhomes. It is a private, 24 hour guard-gated community with nine salt water pools & spas, 19 cascading fountains and beautifully landscaped with colorful flowers, fragrant citrus trees and date palms. This single level townhome is located in a very quiet part of the complex with great views of the mountains and 2 pools steps off the patio.

The resort also includes: an adult pool & spa, family pool, spa & play area, lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, hammock garden, Legacy Grill, Meeting rooms, Outdoor fireplaces plus an elegant 11,000+ square foot Clubhouse.

This townhome is ground level single story in a very peaceful setting with mountain views, a covered patio, private BBQ, lounges and has been professionally decorated. It also has a two car garage with direct access tho the townhome. There has been much attention to detail to ensure that you will relax and take in all the comforts our home offers. Wifi is available for those moments when you need to check back into reality.
