Very nice studio, spacious and fully equipped with full kitchen (flat screen TV, dishwasher / dryer, air conditioning, furniture) in secure quiet residence, ocean views and harbor of Papeete, pool, private parking. Close to the airport, downtown Papeete, ferries to the island of Moorea.
Particular attention to the decoration was made so that my tenants feel at ease (art photos, fine furnishings, color key, black-out curtains ....).
You'll be quiet, away from the city center noise, dust ....

Here in a residence at the entrance to Papeete (French Polynesia) a beautiful fully equipped studio, full kitchen, overlooking harbor of Papeete.
At the western entrance to the city of Papeete Where You Will Find restaurants, bars, cinemas, shops (supermarkets, souvenirs, clothing) and the famous local market, shuttle boat to Moorea and the islands, the airport 10 minutes by car.
The nearest beach is one of the Radisson just 8km north-east and 18km west to the famous beach PK18. Meridien Hotels and BeachComber (15km and 10km respectivement on the west coast) are not far if you want to enjoy a cocktail at the edge of Their pool facing the Sunset.

CAUTION: Even if the residence is at the gates of TPP, a car is more than Necessary on the island of Tahiti if you want to explore the island (beaches, valleys ...) exit and Safely back home at nights. Taxi fares are expensive and not really Could Be reliable.

Didier (the owner) was helpful before and during our stay in his condo. We felt confortable from the very beginning of our process to secure this place. He answers quickly to all your emails and once we arrived, we found the condo looking exactly like the pictures in his page. The studio is modern and confortable. The kitchen is functional and offers plenty of dishes and utensils (including dish soap, sponges, towels, etc.) The dining table (located in the terrace) is large enough to fit 8 people which was really nice to have plenty of space to eat. The bathroom was clean and bright. The bed was confortable. Since we had two children with us, Didier provided us with an additional clean and full size mattress for them. The TV and DVD player (with plenty of DVDs to choose from) was helpful during raining days. We were also made available a cell phone to use during our 10 day stay. All you have to do is purchase minutes using your credit card. Make sure you know how to use it before leaving the apartment. There is a code to enter before accessing the dial screen and also local codes to dial before dialing. Wi-Fi is also accessible by adding minutes using a credit card. We used both the phone and the wi-fi connection. If you need to do your laundry, there is a laundry machine at your disposition (you will need to bring/buy your own detergent). There is no dryer but you can easily hang your clothe and they dry in about 24 hours. The studio comes with a underground parking space, a pool and it is a gated condo on top of the hill. To get to the studio, I recommend to rent a car from the airport. On the other hand, you can walk to the center of town in 25 minutes. My 8 year old son and I walked from the city center to the condo once. It is a nice hill but do-able. Going back to the owner, he is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the island. He has been very helpful prior to and during our stay. We booked this place from 12-19 to 12-30 but spent 3 nights/4 days in Moorea during these 11 days and used this condo to store our luggages while we were gone. This is a great deal for what you pay for.
Very nice, simple apt overlooking the harbor. Excellent for a couple with easy access to downtown (Moora ferry) and shopping with a car as it is on a steep hill. The outside living area, under cover was quite nice, protecting us from the sun and the rain showers. We spent endless time watching the entertaining boat traffic from pleasure craft to the maneuvering of the container ships by the skilled tug boat captions. The owner was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly.

We stayed in this studio appartment for a week while we explored the island of Tahiti and Moorea. The unit was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this appartment to inderpendant travellers whom do not mind being away from the main hub of town. We had good weather and swam in the pool each day - it was also fantastic. You need a car unless you are a keen walker to walk up and down to the main township a bit of an effort each day. Great secure location, and lots of little bonuses like being able to do your own washing and a few helpful condiments left in the pantry from prior guests. We loved it !!

La résidence est idéalement située, à la fois très proche de la ville ou de l'accès RDO et assez en retrait pour limiter les nuisances d'une capitale qui s'anime très tôt le matin !
Le studio est comme décrit, clair, ventilé, calme, pratique et joliment meublé, avec une vue sur le port dont on ne se lasse pas et une exposition qui permet de profiter de la terrasse à toute heure de la journée.
