Villa En'Sea served as the Governor's Mansion for nine years, and was remodeled to become a modern Caribbean-chic villa in 2011.

Centrally located on Little Bay Road with breathtaking views. Easy access to all main roads. Two full master suites. Tropical setting with pool and large lounging deck.

Airport Pick Up Service: Villa En'Sea offers free airport pick-up service from Princes Juliana International Airport.

On arrival at the villa, you will be greeted by a staff member for orientation of the villa.

Also awaiting you upon your arrival will be a some welcome provisions to make your arrival more comfortable.

Centrally located on the mountainside of Little Bay Road, enjoying views of Great Bay Beach and its harbor, Little Bay Beach, the capital of Dutch Sint Maarten, Philipsburg, and the AC Wathey Cruise Terminal. Within a short 10-minute walk to the beach, or a 20-minute walk to Front Street, the shopping mecca of the Caribbean.

The capital of French Saint Martin, Marigot, is accessible through Link 1, and is only a 25-minute drive. Orient Beach is accessible by way of French Quarter, and is a 35-minute drive away.

The Philipsburg Boardwalk is a 10-minute drive away or a 20-minute walk, there you can enjoy one of the many restaurants or a cold beer to cool off.

Villa En'Sea is the perfect spot to view some of the spectacular events of the 34th world renowned St. Maarten Heineken Regatta, March 2014

Come and enjoy the Sint Maarten Carnival Grand Parade, April 30th and May 1st. View the beautiful array of colors, feathers and bling, not to mention lots of island music.

Other Activities: For a relaxing day, take a catamaran cruise to Prickly Pear where the snorkeling is phenomenal, or a French gourmet lunch in St. Barths, or perhaps a beach lunch in Anguilla.

Why not jump-start your vacation by spending a day at the spa. Sint Maarten has several spas that offer an array of services to spoil you.

Need an adrenaline rush, transform yourself into a human kite and parasail over the clear Caribbean Sea.

How about some zip-lining at our eco park, Loterie Farm, a 135-acre private nature reserve. Enjoy lunch at their fabulous restaurant, which uses their own freshly grown produce.

Up for a reel fight? Try some deep-sea fishing – it might be your lucky day to hook the big one.

Notes:
This villa is equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If there's anything missing, the attentive staff will ensure that it's in place within 24 hours. Sint Maarten uses 110 voltage, so no adapters are necessarry if you are arriving from North America. There is a back-up generator that supports the entire villa incase of a power outage. The villa also has a 24 hour a day property attendant who resides in a separate bungalow on the premises. Also available for your enjoyment is a Wii with one remote control. Villa En'Sea will supply visitors with a cell phone for making local calls, however, it can receive international telephone calls .

Je crois que cette villa est un domicile a découvrir et un pierre précieuse de St Maarten

Vraiment avec un paysage a couper le soufle des votre reveil cette endroit vous procure le sourire et la joie de vivre

L organistaion de cette villa est exceptionnel...rien a dire aucun détail ne manque !!!

Un plaisir de savoir que des propios de villas désirent nous faire vivre une expérience inoubliable et des souvenirs a jamais !

Les chambres sont spacieuses et la propreté est vraiment impécable ...rien a dire de négatif...c est simplement Magique ...cette Villa fait partie des reves de plusieurs dans le monde!

Both Invigorating and Serene

Villa En'Sea is the perfect location and has the perfect layout for both families and groups of friends. There were 10 of us staying in the villa and there was ample space for both privacy as well as areas to gather together. It was so relaxing to have a cup of coffee in the morning and look at the most amazing view. It was equally enjoyable having drinks in the evening on that same terrace. We enjoyed cooking together in the spacious modern kitchen and sharing lovely meals together at the dining table which seats 10. We enjoyed having cocktails in the lounging areas on the terrace in the evening. We also enjoyed the privacy of the pool. The villa is within walking distance of the beach, an area where you can snorkel, and Front Street. If you are looking for the perfect place to spend time with your family and/or friends, you can rest assured that you will have a wonderful experience if you choose to stay at Villa En'Sea. The services you will receive during booking and your stay are top notch.

I usually only stay in hotels because I like having maid and concierge service, as well as security. Well Villa En Sea has it all, plus a great hard to beat view. All of the appliances and amenities are kept in great condition. Centrally located to either end of the Dutch side, there is nothing not to like about this place. I would definitely stay here again.

As an architect I could fully appreciate the quality of this beautiful Villa in terms of accommodation and planning. Spacious and airy with incredible views of the bay and the ocean, this is the place to vacation in STYLE!
The service is friendly and professional and the Villa is well run and organized.
