Country retreat that is perfect for entertaining friends or a large family. Situated on 28 secluded acres with a heated in-ground pool, a stream & attached two-car garage. Complete privacy at this light-filled Colonial home.The chef's kitchen offers custom cabinetry with a farm sink and an island. Appliances include Viking gas range, Sub-Zero refridgerator, Miele dishwasher & wine cooler. The kitchen opens to a gracious dining room with a fireplace. French doors lead to a large screened porch that overlooks the park-like acreage. The main level also features an expansive, light-filled, two-story great room with a fireplace & a wall of windows that look out to a large deck. In addition, there is a first floor master suite with a marble bathroom, a half bath & laundry facilities. The second floor offers a second master suite with a fireplace, a newly-renovated bathroom that has custom cabinetry & a glass-enclosed shower. In addition, there are two additional bedrooms that share a bath.

Our home is available for weddings and parties at the Weekly Rental Rate for that season plus a $5,000 Event Fee plus a Security Deposit to be determined based on the nature of the event.
