Photos and Description of the Kos vacation villa rental Summerhouse near Mastihari with great comfort

The living room (41,50m2) has a french window opening on the terrace with seaview & sunset; a dining-area, kitchenette equiped with 2 electric cookers, an oven, fridge with a freezer, coffee maker, toaster, an electric kettle, dishwasher & washing-machine ; in the part of the sitting room, there are 2 sofas . Radio-CD, TV (Greek channels) & a DVD player. 1 bedroom with a double bed has the seaview. 1 bedroom with twin beds has the hill view. The seperate bathroom/WC is equiped with a hair-dryer fixed on the wall. 2 bedrooms with twin beds are equiped with their private bathroom (shower/WC) each one ; one has a seaview and on the hill view. The construction is new (built in 2007):full isolated, double window-panes. The air condition is not necessary. During winter and for-season if necessary all the rooms are equiped with an individual electric heating. The water is heated by sun energy. Towels are provided on every 2 days. Internet WIFI.A barbecue is provided. Terrace 32M2

KOS island, the Hippocrates ' island, located in the Dodecanese north of Rhodos island and in front west of Bodrum on the Turkish coast. Villa Kos is on the north coast of Kos island in front of Kalymnos island. The house is located at 2km from the village of Mastihari where you find all the shops (supermarkets, international newspapers, car and bicycles or motos rental, taverns..). In the hotel Horizon Beach Resort at 200m you have also some little shops , a small supermarket, hairdresser and an internet corner. The bus going downtown stops at 100m (shuttle on every hour between 7 and 11PM. The airport is situated at 7km (10mn by car) and the port of Kos at 20km (25mn by car) .

a very special thanks to Leonida & Blandine for their ospitality.
The house is very beautiful, clean, very comfortable, and has a very spectacular view on the sea, the sunset is magic!!!!

Our stay in Kos it's been very nice and we'll suggest to our friends to come in villa kos for the holidays.

It's been hard to leave kos....

The trip home went well.
After a week of relaxation it is very hard to return to work.
Thanks for the hospitality that you's showed, you are two special people.
We will tell all of our friends to come to Kos. That island is
beautiful, the beach and the water were awesome.
The sunset was picturesque but your house made the trip extra special.
Thank you very much, you made our trip a dream come true.
