Walking through the classic beach entrance gate before a grove of palms, you arrive at the beach house and are immediately welcomed by a chic and comfortable interior. With the beaches surrounding you, you truly have made your escape to North Captiva complete.

In front of you is the beach and the living area has direct views with sliding glass doors opening onto a full sun deck right at the water's edge.

The kitchen and dining are adjacent to the living room. Great appliances trim out the kitchen area and the breathtaking views of the Gulf from the dining area will make every bit of your seaside cuisine taste better!

The bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the beach house and give you privacy and a buffer from early risers. The master bedroom opens right onto the gulf-front sun deck and the sliding glass doors can be opened up for listening to the surf. The second bedroom has views of the Gulf and the surrounding palms. The third bedroom suite is located on the ground level with the beach right at your door.
