Relax and enjoy our quiet year round home on Seneca Lake. Tour the local wineries, hike in the National Park,enjoy a day at the Corning Glass Museum.

For all you race fans we are within 20 minutes of the Glen. We are also a 30 minute drive from Ithaca.

We are within walking distance of Lodi State Park, and the public boat launch.So bring your boat(,we have ample parking) and enjoy the fall foliage.

Wonderful stay with a group of friends

This review comes a little later than it should, but it's no less sincere. My husband and I stayed for a week at Frank and Diane's with a group of 4 of our friends. The area is absolutely beautiful -- both peaceful but with many activities to fill our time. We had a wonderful swimming in the lake and tasting wines and cheeses from nearby wineries and dairies. The house itself was very comfortable for 6 and had everything we needed minus food. We spent most of our time in the house on the deck, eating meals/snacks, BBQing or just relaxing with games after a long day. It was truly one of the most restful but fun vacations I've ever had. All of us enjoyed it, and we really look forward to returning. Frank and Diane were very welcoming and helpful. Highly highly recommended.

Perfect for our needs and more than comfortable

Thank you Frank and Diane for a beautiful stay in NY. The house was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the living room was beautiful especially when the sun was setting and in the morning as the sun rose. The location was perfect for us as we needed to be close to the beautiful Sampson State Park which was only about ten minutes away. We were also close to many wineries and had a nice afternoon visiting a few. We will definetly look to stay with you again next year.

A Wonderful Week

Finding a perfect match for family and vacation can sometimes be a tough task. This week at the lake could not have been more perfect. The cottage was very clean and well supplied. The only thing we really needed to bring was food. The owners were close by to be helpful but not at all intrusive. The cottage turned out to be more spacious than the website pictures suggested. The location and the outdoor accomodations were also wonderful. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming, and using the campfire several nights. A rowboat and paddle boat were available but we didn't give them a try. If you are looking for a nice place to stay to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time at the lake I would highly recommend this cottage. We would definitely return. Thanks again Frank and Diane for sharing your place with me and my family.

Would stay here again.

My family of 5 had a great time at this cottage. My kids loved the lake access. The shoreline had a very gentle slope into the water that made it easy for young (and old) to get into and out of the lake.

The park down the road was a plus and the surrounding area was quiet. This cottage is just close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be peaceful.

Comfy and cozy

This home is equipt with all you need except food. Frank and Diane are a very nice couple and has made sure nothing is missing in the home. The home is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating outdoors under a covered roof, fishing from the dock , taking a small row boat out in the lake, and using the fire pit by the lake to relax and make smoores.You will surely enjoy this home like we did. We would definately return.
