This beautiful modern beach home offers a wonderful ocean view from the back deck and easy beach access for the whole family. The main living area is on the upper level of the home which includes the master bedroom that has great ocean views. The living area has a large open floor plan with a gas fireplace and an elegant dining table for four. There is a large deck off the living area that is perfect for taking in the sounds and sights of the ocean. The kitchen is large and modern as well so it is the perfect place to cook a family meal.

The lower level features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom is set up as a sitting room but also has an air mattress available for use.

The house has a large fenced back yard as well so it is great for kids to play in and it is a great place to soak up the sun!

The home is in the beautiful Tolovana Beach park region of Cannon Beach, just steps from long stretches of sandy beaches and close to some great restaurants and activities such as Mo's for chowder and the Warren House Pub. It is close to everything you need without all of the crowds on the north side of town.

Cannon Beach limits us to only one rental every 14 days and we don't want this great house to sit empty. So, during summer 2013, if you stay for one week, we will give you the next seven nights for free! This house is available in two week blocks for the summer, with the following check-in / check-out dates: June 15, June 29, July 13, July 27, August 10, and August 24. You can use the online calendar to make a reservation or give us a call at 503-345-9399 if you have any questions.
